History

“Darkness reigned over the outreaches in the early years, making life hard and unforgiving. The constant threat of a new pirate group or another vanduul raiding party were a constant in everyday life for these people. Yet they persisted, they kept moving forward in hopes that one day they would live a life free of worry and sorrow. For most that day never came, but for some, a glimmer of hope shined brighter than a star.”

The Beginning

The Order of the Red Hawk was started when a man had enough, he was tired of living day to day in fear hoping that someone would save him, tired of having to defend himself from the pirates that destroyed his home again and again, and tired of vanduul being the bringer of death to everyone around him. He took his best fighters and set out to find men and women to fight with him, to defend his home. He left, but not before promising his people,

“I will return, when I am needed the most and defend my planet, my home. Under a banner of red I will descend upon my enemies like a hawk hunting its prey.”

A decade after this promise a Vanduul fleet, set on taking the planet, arrived. The people called his name, called for him to arrive yet he never came. The planet soon was taken over by the Vanduul, and the survivors were sent to be executed. As they stood waiting for their turn at the block, a young girl said, with a smile on her face,

“The hawk will come to reap vengeance, and save me from death.”

The people shunned her, as he had not come in their hour of need. As she stepped up to the block a sound was heard, a distant hum as she knelled to face her executioner the smile still on her face. The Vanduul froze, looking up to the sky to see a fleet of ships arriving from hyperspace, only to hear the small girl say,

“The hawk descends on it’s prey.”

Manifesto

Where we are

We are a group that runs in EST time zone, but we do accommodate other time zones.

What we are about:

The Order of the Red Hawk is a band of people that looks for gold and riches. We fight for ourselves and hunt those who we deem our prey. We don’t hunt our own, and stay away from those who hunt other reevers. We look to amass riches and renown by fulling our desires. Nothing excites us then the moment before a kill.
We hope to grow from a small group to a large community that supports one another. We also hope to grow large enough to get involved with the verse more, whether that be through viking-esk raids to harassing large groups and selling their things to their rivals

We are a reaver group bent on raiding the planets of the strong and taking their riches for ourselves.

We ask that you have at least one ship that is able to fight. We are a raiding people.

It is required that all personal have a rifle when on duty.

Piracy is the name of the game, yet we look for the thrill of the hunt more than just gold.

We are a band that focuses on PVP and player escorting, we do freelancing missions and try to be involved with others as much as possible.

We are currently looking for people that are wishing to be officers and recruiters! So if its your cup of tea let us know!

Charter

The Code of the Hawk

1) Don’t be a Dick

2) Infringment on rules will be meet with a trail, hosted by the Talon Elite and The Hawk.

3) Hostilities towards UEE Medical ships is prohibited.

4) Hostilities towards Allies is prohibited

5) Transportation of humans (I.E. Human-trafficking) is outlawed

6) Be respectful to fellow members and allies.

7) No griefing, we are pirates not terrorists

8) You can take contracts that are non-pirate based, it is not frowned upon for exploring other in-game content.

9) KOS is not allowed unless war is upon the group. If you are just killing people to kill people you will be punished.

10) Rules Engagement

10.A) Give the target a chance to surrender.
10.B) Once surrendered, leave the person with their life and a means of travel.
10.C) If target does not surrendered, fight to survive.

11) Stealing from the group is outlawed and punishable by explusion.

12) No biting

13) Causion for war must be just and have revelent means behind it, not just personal reasons.

14) Report new ships to higher ups so we can report on our fleet.

15) Allies are made through the higher ups, if you have a potential ally notifiy an commando.

16) No Begging for roles/items/money/ships. If you want something earn it.

17) Bring issues to that of the Hawk and the Talon Elite if you can’t resolve it yourselves

18) If the fleet is under attack Join the “War room” Channel in discord.

19) Respect people below you in ranks, if we find unjust treatment of people of lower ranks punishment will be made.

This is the Code of the Hawk any rule that is broken will be met with a trail for your life.
