Article I – Purpose
The R.E.D. Legion exists to unite seasoned veterans in pursuit of excellence across multiple fields: exploration, cargo transport, escort operations, salvage, and selective high-skill contracts. While our origins include mercenary work, our focus has evolved toward versatile, independent operations. We stand as a reliable shield for the innocent when called upon, upholding core values of loyalty, professionalism, independence, and integrity to create opportunity and security for ourselves and those we choose to support.
Article II – Membership
Membership is open to individuals who embody our values, demonstrate competence and commitment, and align with our evolved purpose. All members are expected to uphold this Charter and any additional guidelines established by leadership.
Article III – Conduct
Members shall conduct themselves with honesty, respect, dedication, and discipline at all times. Actions that violate established laws, compromise operational security, or damage the Legion’s reputation are prohibited.
Article IV – Operations
The Legion engages in a broad range of professional activities, including but not limited to exploration, cargo hauling, escort and protection services, salvage operations, and other skilled contracts requiring precision and teamwork. Members are expected to perform with the highest level of expertise, collaborate effectively, and adapt to mission requirements.
Article V – Leadership
The Legion is governed by a Council composed of respected, experienced members. The Council is responsible for establishing and enforcing guidelines, overseeing operations, resolving disputes, and making decisions in the best interest of the organization.
Article VI – Amendments
This Charter may be amended by the Council through a majority vote. Proposed changes will be shared with the membership for review and input prior to final approval.
