History
After the Zercon war and escaping captivity by the Vampir on Mortï, Devlin Styx a.k.a. Ravenous formed The Renegades Of Chaos. An elite group with very specific and sometimes deadly skill sets. The ROC is made of of Bounty Hunters, Freelancers,Mercenaries and Smugglers. They have also been known to be Scavengers and Gamblers. The ROC is a brotherhood and its members are extremely loyal to one another.
