The replication Charter
Preamble:
We, the members of the replication, a collective of explorers, innovators, and data seekers, hereby establish this Charter to guide our actions and ensure the prosperity and continued growth of our organization within the Star Citizen universe.
Article I: Membership
- Membership in the
replication is open to all individuals who share our core values, as expressed in the replication Manifesto.
- New members must demonstrate a commitment to the principles of exploration, knowledge sharing, adaptability, and community.
- All members shall be treated equally, regardless of rank, skill, or background.
- Members are expected to maintain a positive and constructive attitude, to promote a welcoming and collaborative environment.
Article II: Organization Structure
- The
replication is an ever-expanding structure. There is no central leader, but a replication is appointed to serve as a focus point and conduit for the whole. Currently, ‘ZeyrinPixel’ serves as the Primary Replication.
- All members will have a voice in decisions that directly affect the organization.
- Specific roles and responsibilities may be assigned based on a member’s skills and interests.
- All members are equal parts of the whole, but may focus on a specific area of expertise or interest.
Article III: Code of Conduct
- Members are expected to conduct themselves with integrity and respect.
- Harassment, discrimination, or any other form of abusive behaviour will not be tolerated.
- Members are expected to respect the property of others and adhere to all laws and regulations within the verse.
- We operate with an open hand, assisting those in need when possible.
Article IV: Resource Management
- All resources belonging to the organization shall be used responsibly for the common good.
- Decisions regarding resource allocation shall be made transparently and in accordance with the charter.
- Members are expected to contribute to the organization’s resource pool when necessary, but personal property and ownership will be respected.
Article V: Amendments
- This Charter may be amended by the Primary Replication, who will generally respect a majority vote of the membership.
- Applicable amendments shall be presented to the membership for discussion prior to a vote.
- Any amendments to this Charter must be in line with the core values and guiding principles as defined by the
replication Manifesto.
By adhering to this Charter, we shall ensure the Algorithm’s success and influence within the ‘Verse. Together, we shall grow, learn, and become the absolute best!
This Charter is not legally binding and may be changed without notice by ZeyrinPixel (though I will try to give notice when possible)
