History
Founded in 2955, The Roughnecks are a Private Military Organization. We are a newer company, and still growing, but we are fierce, strong, diverse, and drama free. If you’re looking for a tightknit group of lads to explore the open frontiers with, then you’ve come to the right place. We accept most recruits, as well as brand new players, as long as you’re able to adhere and abide by the Rules set out. Thankyou for your cooperation, and we look forward to serving side by side with you!
Manifesto
We specialize in infiltration and freelancing. We mainly transport cargo, and dive into ASD facilities, or go and explore the open frontier, to carve new paths, and find new places to settle. We’re laid back and casual, and don’t care about too much.

No Roughneck gets left behind unless recovery would result in total mission loss.
Profit Distribution SOP
Standard Split
10% Org Fund
Remaining profits split evenly among participants.
Special Operations
Payment structure announced before launch.
No surprise changes after mission completion.
Charter
Rule 1: Respect the Crew
Treat all members with respect.
No harassment, discrimination, or excessive toxicity.
Friendly trash talk is fine; personal attacks are not.
Rule 2: Team Before Profit
Support the operation’s success before individual gain.
Do not abandon crewmates during active missions without cause.
Rule 3: No Theft from Org Members
Stealing ships, cargo, equipment, or mission rewards from members is prohibited.
Violations may result in immediate removal.
Rule 4: Follow Chain of Command
During organized operations, designated leaders make final decisions.
Disagreements can be discussed after the mission. Rule 5: Represent the Roughnecks Well
Avoid griefing.
Avoid unnecessary hostility toward neutral players.
Build a reputation people want to work with.
Rule 6: Real Life Comes First
No attendance requirements.
Members are never penalized for prioritizing real-life responsibilities.
