History
Origins and Trajectory
RHD Incorporated was planned and created when, over 35 years ago, the two founding board members returned to their home system from a two year deep space exploration and prospecting mission. Upon arrival back home, and at the successful conclusion of their employment contracts, they were contemplating their future career options. After the harrowing experiences during that last trip into deep space both felt lucky to be alive. Not knowing if their next mission out there might turn out to be their last, a thorough review of any job projects henceforth was needed. The future risk versus reward return ratio as someone else’s employee was no longer seen as, nor found to be, acceptable. Edge and Immelmann were ready to form a business partnership. They decided to strike out on their own. Both men pooled their resources and RHD was born. From the humble beginnings of the organization, as a one ship operation flying out of a modest flight base, the company has grown significantly. Now an eight ship operation, flying out of two different local space flight bases, RHD is poised to grow into the future. Deep space exploration and prospecting for profitable mission results has always been the focus of company operations. But, through the years, many other exciting and rewarding ventures and adventures have transpired as part of day to day life at RHD. Today our line of services offered include everything from specialty and high risk cargo and courier runs to medical and/or search and rescue missions. RHD incorporated has a reputation for listening to all offers and fulfilling the goals that it sets. This organization is currently well funded, well positioned, in an upward growth phase, and seeking to expand it’s membership and affiliations. Take it to the future! Take it with RHD!
Manifesto
Principles and Practices
RHD Incorporated has always been a transport and prospecting company. As such, the backbone of our business operations have been freight and mining. Over time however, this company has evolved to offer a full spectrum of services. Many larger companies offer a box into which the customer must fit. The RHD Board of Directors has crafted an alternate and converse way of doing business. We let the client design the box. Then we fit our company into that box. We also then proceed to cover the inside and outside of that box with overlap. We pride ourselves on our ability to adapt and deliver on time and on target. This done no matter what the circumstances and conditions may seem to dictate. Anyone on our long list of clients, over the years, will tell you this. When RHD goes in, RHD goes all in. Total commitment to delivery of all contracted services is our mantra. We strive to beat expectations when we sign on the dotted line. RHD maintains an open door policy and will first hear all offers for retention of our services at no charge. RHD encourages the development of business contacts by maintaining and utilizing our extensive network of contacts gathered to date.

Charter
Rules and Regulations
Our organization is a casual one. No one is forced to do anything. If you choose to participate in a company operation then you will be paid a share of the profits from that operation based on your level of participation. If you need help ask and help other RHD members where you are able to and willing to. We share information and want to help facilitate all members to have an enjoyable experience as part of RHD.
The RHD Incorporated Board of Directors shall always consist of a minimum of two members.
A vote by the Board of Directors is the final authority over all RHD company decisions and operations.
The Board of Directors reserves the right, at the Board’s sole discretion, to defer their voting rights to the general membership of RHD, or any subset thereof, for any particular vote or votes.
Any additional appointments to the RHD Incorporated Board of Directors shall occur only by unanimous vote of the Board.
The removal of a Board member from the RHD Incorporated Board of Directors shall occur only by unanimous vote of the other Board members.
All organization membership applications are to be reviewed by the Board of Directors and approved only by a unanimous vote.
All organization membership revocations shall only be enforced after review by, and upon a unanimous vote of, the Board of Directors.
All organization members and affiliates are required to meet and maintain the following criteria:
Don’t be a Difficult Interaction Combative Knucklehead (DICK).
All RHD members shall observe and obey UEE law at all times and in all UEE controlled space.
No smuggling.
No contraband.
No piracy.
No Pirates.
No past, present or future membership in any criminal organization.
Show respect and courtesy to other RHD members and the general Star Citizen population at large.
An attack on one RHD member by another RHD member is strictly prohibited.
Declarations of war are not allowed by this company nor any individual member of RHD Incorporated.
All members are required to protect company owned property with the utmost care. And also with thought and action correctly applied to the preservation of RHD property value. This while avoiding unneeded depreciation of any RHD property’s value to whatever extent is appropriate, practical and safe for that RHD member’s personal well being.
In the event that war is declared on RHD, in whole or in part, then RHD Incorporated reserves the right to retain the services of a military organization for any protection deemed appropriate by the Board of Directors.
All members are required to refuse orders from any other organization that instruct an RHD member to attack RHD or any RHD member.
Any member who receives orders to attack RHD or any RHD member is required to report those orders to the Board of Directors immediately upon receipt of such orders. This is to be done covertly where possible, but should circumstances not allow communication by covert means then open channel broadcast of that information may be necessary. This action may be reviewed by the Board of Directors, but always with the understanding that this is a “best effort” scenario that may require some independent decision making on the part of an RHD member. And also with the belief that there is no “one size fits all” rule for protecting the organization where it applies to timely communication with the board. Post communication reviews and evaluations for events of this nature will be on a case by case basis and with consideration to whatever extent communication is appropriate, practical and safe for that RHD member’s personal well being. If you kill yourself in service to RHD then the other members will be grateful and the Board will venerate your memory. But on the other hand you are not expected to lay down your life in the name of RHD company security or RHD profits.
Failure to comply with this charter is grounds for membership revocation upon review and unanimous vote by the currently operating Board of Directors. The Board of Directors wrote this charter for a reason and expects it to be taken seriously.
The Board of Directors reserves the right to alter, edit, add to, or subtract from this company charter at any point in the future. And as such ANY future changes to this charter are also subject to review of those changes and/or additions and subtractions by each and every RHD member for a period of seven hundred twenty hours (30 days) after those changes. Any RHD member who states their wish to surrender their RHD membership, within 720 hours of the last change, because they cannot or will not honor such changes, shall be held harmless by the Board of Directors and their exit from RHD will be conducted and allowed in the spirit of good will and best wishes for the former member’s future in the Star Citizen universe. Board members have had unwanted changes inflicted upon them in the past by other organizations and understand the only honorable way to make changes after a member has joined is to allow that member the freedom to decide their own destiny.
Our organization is about having fun and making a profit where possible. No member should be forced to do anything that they don’t want to do. Rules and regulations are in place to help assure smooth operation and to prevent anarchy. ANY member of RHD has the right to challenge the Board of Directors if they feel that the Board is operating outside of this charter. Such challenges will be seriously considered and reviewed. Changes will be made to assure charter compliance if the challenge is found to be a valid one.
