History
Venantium was established by a group of veteran players who first forged their friendship in the high-risk, player-driven environment of EVE Online. Through years of navigating its complex warfare, politics, and logistical challenges, the founding members honed their tactical coordination and developed a deep understanding of structured, team-based gameplay. With over 15 years as a group across multiple games, the core leadership of Venantium has consistently emphasized professionalism, accountability, and operational excellence. Many within the group bring real-world military backgrounds, which contribute to the organization’s focus on strategic planning, disciplined execution, and cohesive leadership. Today, Venantium brings that hard-earned expertise to Star Citizen, building an organization defined by integrity, resilience, and unity of purpose.

Venantium is pirate organization where ambition meets precision. Though we sail under the black flag of piracy, our interest stretches across every aspect of the ‘verse including bounty’s, trade, exploration, logistics, and more.

What We Bring:
Coordinated Weekly Org operations – This will vary from week to week and could involve coordination with other ally organizations
Structured comms and organized fleets – We are building a Mumble server to use as a CommNet for fleet activities
Deep-dives into every gameplay loop SC has to offer – Working together to build a knowledge base for members to use to progress and help with gameplay
Charter
Real Life Takes Priority – We recognize that our members are professionals, students, parents, and partners in the real world. Real-life responsibilities always take precedence over in-game activity. No member will be penalized for prioritizing their personal, professional, or family obligations.
Mutual Respect and Camaraderie – We foster a respectful, inclusive environment. Discrimination, harassment, or personal attacks of any kind will not be tolerated. Venantium thrives on unity and professionalism—every voice is valued, and every member is expected to treat others with integrity and courtesy.
Zero Tolerance for Hostile Behavior – We maintain a strict no-hostility policy toward fellow members and allies. This includes verbal aggression, sabotage, or any behavior that undermines team morale or cohesion. Violations will result in immediate disciplinary action, up to and including removal from the organization.Professional Conduct in All Endeavors – As a multifaceted organization with pirate alignment, we conduct ourselves with discipline and strategic intent. Whether executing raids, engaging in trade, or exploring the verse, our actions reflect upon the organization. Members are expected to act with purpose, coordination, and respect for operational command structures.
