The RMPA are a group of former pirates and freelancers who wish to form a legitimate organization in order to maximize profit by offering transport and escort/security against pirate raiders.

History
The Rogue Mutineers Pirate Alliance was formed from the rise of dissent within some pirates that felt that they no longer wished to take part in terrorizing cargo ships and private citizens in order to gain profit. They were disgusted with the tactics that their captains were employing to take what they wanted and murder anyone who got in their way. They also wanted continuity in an organized hierarchy that laid out certain guidelines for operating procedures that ensured maximum profit without having to shoot anyone out of an airlock. The RMPA keeps with the code of brotherhood and familiarity between their brethren while also establishing a structured and legitimate organization.
The RMPA seek only to contract and/or ally themselves with like-minded organizations who are interested in forming lasting partnerships as well as friendships within the verse.
Manifesto
The Rogue Mutineers may affiliate themselves under the “Pirate” banner, but we are far removed from the types of pirates that are only out for themselves and are otherwise unscrupulous in their ways of obtaining ships and cargo by looting and plundering. We know how pirates operate and therefore know how to deal with them.
We are not in the business of harassing or raiding ships. The RMPA have evolved into a more civilized organization whose main focus is trading,smuggling, transporting, and contract work for other organizations or Star Citizens who wish to hire the RM for transporting goods, escorting ships, or guns-for-hire to aide other organizations who follow the same guidelines as we do.
Charter
The RMPA may act like pirates and scoundrels, but we DO NOT accept or condone any person or organization that is in the business of attacking other ships for their own gains. Since the Rogue Mutineers code is more “guidelines” than “rules” except for The Golden Rule, which is unequivocally binding and will get any RM member immediately expelled from the group:
The Golden Rule
DO NOT ATTACK ANY NON-HOSTILE SHIP WHILE UNDER THE RMPA BANNER OR YOU WILL BE STRIPPED OF ANY RMPA ASSETS AND SUMARILY DISCHARGED FROM THE RMPA
The RMPA guidelines:
• Recruit whenever you get the chance. (As or motto states, “Ubi concordia, ibi victoria “, which means “Where there is unity, there is the victory.” Or at least “the more, the merrier”!)
• Never do anything that would bring discredit upon the RMPA. (This mainly refers back to The Golden Rule, but also means that an RMPA member must understand that the actions of one reflect upon the actions of the group.)
• The RMPA will always honor any contract that is issued to them. (If the RMPA takes on a contract or alliance with another organization, the RMPA will honor that contract until the end. From cradle to grave is the way of the RMPA, unless said organization begins dealing with unscrupulous criminals, then the contract becomes null and void.)
• Any disputes between members within the RMPA will be resolved via convening “Brethren Court”, whereby the high command along with statements by other RMPA members will decide the outcome on these matters.
• Above all, have fun, otherwise what’s the point?
