Defending Trade Lanes;
Manning Capital Ships;
Faction Wars.
And anything you could possibly need, estimated costs of the services will be calculated contract to contract, varying upon the projected takings of the journey, the manpower involved and the risk factor. Different tariffs will also be available, allowing you to choose the best pilots for more sensitive missions. Rōnin aims to be able to provide pilots with the faction relations that will best suit the clients needs and as always, with discretion and no judgement with more illicit activities. If a contract is unsuccessful then, providing the client is at no fault, only costs will be charged.

It will provide a traffic light system indication whether pilots are available for contracts, could be interested if the right one came up, or not available at this time.
Pilots will be expected to list their ships and their faction relations on their profile, this information will be needed to pick the right contracts for you and will only be available to your handlers and not sold on.
The area will also contain a leader board disclosing the number of contracts completed and there will be rewards for the top pilots.
If pilots wish to increase in rank and become eligible for more sensitive (and profitable) missions then, if their record is up to the standard then their dogfighting skills will be tested. Top tier jobs may provide a wage but will require more commitment to the firm.
