Rouge9, founded in 2047 by ‘Rusty’ Vance, began as a small, independent operation specializing in reclaiming abandoned mining equipment. Their early, often illicit, activities in unregulated sectors led to their ‘Rouge’ moniker. In the 2060s, a series of high-profile, legally dubious salvage operations forced a rebranding. Rouge9 became Outlaw Orbital, a name that embraced their renegade spirit while signaling a shift towards more legitimate, albeit still daring, ventures. Outlaw Orbital quickly expanded, offering specialized transport and advanced tech development. Their reputation for ingenuity and risk-taking cemented their place as a key player in the outer solar system’s development, all while maintaining a hint of their original, ‘Rouge’ origins.”

Outlaw Orbital Manifesto: We Chart Our Own Course
Preamble:
We, the members of Outlaw Orbital, reject the stifling constraints of established power and the monotonous routines of the colonized systems. We are the navigators of the uncharted, the pioneers of the periphery, and the architects of our own destiny. We are the outlaws of the orbital lanes, and we will not be bound.
Principles:
1. Sovereignty of the Self: We recognize no authority but our own. Each member is a captain of their own fate, free to pursue their ambitions and chart their own course through the vast expanse of space.
2. Exploration Beyond Boundaries: We are driven by an insatiable curiosity, a desire to explore the forgotten corners of the galaxy, the uncharted anomalies, and the secrets hidden in the void.
