In the wake of the turmoil, a group of dedicated and resilient Ronin – skilled individuals without a master or leader – from within the previous entity, united with a shared vision. They aimed to salvage the positive aspects of their work and rebuild an organization that embraced a new identity centered around adaptability and strength. This marked the birth of Ronin Legion.

We, the members of Ronin Legion, united by the common values of unity, resilience, and innovation, hereby establish this charter to codify the principles and commitments that define our organization. In crafting this charter, we seek to provide a solid foundation for the Ronin Legion, ensuring that our collective journey remains guided by shared ideals and purpose.
Article I: Name and Purpose
Name:
The organization shall be known as Ronin Legion, embodying the essence of skilled individuals united in purpose.
Purpose:
Ronin Legion was established to foster a collaborative and innovative environment where individuals can grow both personally and professionally. Our purpose is to transcend traditional boundaries, encourage creativity, and embrace diversity to achieve collective success.

Ronin Legion acknowledges a dual leadership structure consisting of two Ronin Commanders. Ronin Commanders are elected by the general membership based on their demonstrated leadership, commitment to Ronin values, and the ability to guide the organization toward its goals. While the Ronin Commanders provide overall guidance, Ronin Legion maintains a structure that empowers all members to actively contribute to decision-making and the organization’s direction.
Committees and Teams:
