Acquisition of Consolidated Outland Pioneer Marks Launch of Expansion Initiative
ROSWELL Industries is pleased to announce the successful acquisition of a Consolidated Outland PIONEER-class construction vessel, a milestone that marks the beginning of a new era for the corporation and its long-term infrastructure strategy.
*This acquisition formally initiates Phase I of the ROSWELL Expansion Initiative, a multi-year program focused on establishing ROSWELL-built installations, logistics hubs, and operational infrastructure across key systems within the UEE.
The Pioneer’s advanced modular construction capabilities will enable ROSWELL Industries to:
- Deploy surface outposts and modular facilities

Article I — Mission
Roswell Industries exists to advance industrial and economic power across the known systems.
Our mission is to secure, refine, and deliver the vital resources that fuel human progress while ensuring that each member benefits from the collective strength of the corporation.
We are not merely participants in the economy of the verse — we are the ones who forge it.
Article II — Divisional Structure
Roswell Industries operates through specialized divisions designed to ensure efficiency and precision in every operation:
Resource Division – Mining, Salvage, and Resource Acquisition.
Logistics Division – Cargo Transport, Trade, and Supply Chain Coordination.
Manufacturing Division – Refinement, Production, and Industrial Fabrication.
