Reign of Terror / ROT

Reign of Terror is a primarily freelance organization, We will actively seek out people who require Military, Economic, Exploration, and or Logistical aid…for a price of course.

When not in a contract, ROT will seek out its own slice of heaven and develop its own infrastructure. Members are free to choose what to do in their off time and what to focus on. However, as a fallback, ROT will always work towards developing a strong Economic and Logistical backbone.

In addition ROT will only take on jobs that will not damage our reputation or standing with the UEE. It is our goal to flourish and spread. We cannot accomplish this with meaningless fights and limited protection in the beginning.

ROT will always go for quality over quantity, if you manage to outplay a member of ROT that means we want you! ROT can only expand if we learn from each other and from member mistakes. We aim to recruit people who are as good or better than us, so we all can grow into a stronger organization.

No Drama – Drama is not appreciated or wanted.

Drama lowers overall effectiveness of an organization. By being an assclown you take away the proficiency of the organization, you also reduce overall morale of the members around you, please if you want to join keep the drama llama in a pen. If a complaint must be made, take it to your Division Head.

Treat All Players with respect.

No one likes an ass, especially here, do not instigate or fuel arguments internally or externally, this goes along with no drama, we don’t need people picking fights left right and center, respect people and they will do the same too.

Do not share Operational Methods.

We like to do things our own way, whilst we are all for freedom of information it is not right to steal another organizations operating procedures, please keep the things you have learnt specifically for the org with the org.

Follow Orders.

Orders are not given to be bossy. The people left in charge of certain aspects of the game are in that position for a reason. While we are primarily Freelance, we do so as a team. The team can only function properly when operational control is not questioned.

Don’t leave your buddies behind.

Don’t be a coward and try to save your own skin. If your buddies are in trouble and need help go out of your way to help that poor soul. If you were in the same situation I doubt you would enjoy watching your buds leaving you to save themselves.

Don’t be a pirate.

We are not a pirate organization, everything we do is above board, do not do anything that will threaten our reputation or standing with UEE. This includes but is not limited to: transportation of illegal goods, Killing without justification, Attacking Friendly NPCs and just about everything else UEE sanctioned.

The Job is our Brand.

Finish what you start. If you accept a job you finish the job. The organization as a whole relies upon its reputation to finish a job. If you feel the job will be too much of a challenge then consult your higher ups for assistance or counsel. Otherwise don’t accept what you can’t do.

Don’t mislead another member.

No one likes a greedy person, don’t give false information to members so you may obtain resources that you could have otherwise shared between you.

Don’t demand things from other members, ask and see.

People all want to do things at different times. If you are hauling goodies around and expect an escort because you are demanding, guess again. Ask politely and see if people are free. If not, cool your jets or risk getting blown out of the sky.

Teamspeak is a must.

We don’t demand that you must have a headset and chat to us, by being on teamspeak we have a centralized location for all of our pilots allowing us to have a rapid method of communication. You do not have to speak if you don’t wish, heck you can sit in AFK all day. Just please be online whilst playing.

We do not accept multi-groupers.

This mainly comes down to preventing drama, what if you were part of two organizations and they went to war? Which side of the fence would you sit on? For this reason we ask that if you wish to join ROT then please only be ROT.

We take all languages, but majority speak English.

At the time of writing this we have Americans, Australians, Dutch, and Maltese. If English is not your first language don’t worry you are still more than welcome to join and have fun!

Have fun, and real life ALWAYS comes first.

Games are for fun and competitiveness, please we can’t stress this enough. Do not turn a game into your second job, you will end up losing interest in it faster than the blink of an eye. Real life should always be above games, so don’t join if you cant take care of yourself first :D.
