Welcome to Runegantry, an independent industrial corporation focused on mining, salvage, cargo hauling, logistics, and exploration. Whether you’re a solo operator or part of a crew, we’re building a relaxed, cooperative community where everyone can contribute and grow at their own pace.
History
Runegantry was founded on a simple idea: the vast opportunities of the ‘verse shouldn’t be limited to the largest corporations, wealthiest organizations, or most established fleets.
What began as a vision for independent industrial operations has grown into the foundation of a company dedicated to resource extraction, salvage, transportation, logistics, and exploration.
Rather than building an organization around military authority or rigid corporate structures, Runegantry was established to bring independent pilots and crews together under a common name.
Our philosophy is straightforward. Every successful operation begins with the people willing to put in the work, whether that’s a lone pilot transporting cargo across Stanton, a salvage crew recovering valuable materials, or a mining expedition operating far from established trade routes.
Runegantry recognizes that not every citizen wants to dedicate their entire life to an organization. Some prefer working independently, while others enjoy the coordination and opportunities that come with operating as part of a larger crew.
We believe there is room for both.
As Runegantry develops, our ambitions extend beyond individual contracts and routine industrial operations. We aim to establish a dependable network of pilots, crews, and partners capable of supporting one another while pursuing opportunities throughout the expanding ‘verse.

## OUR MISSION
Runegantry is an independent industrial corporation dedicated to creating opportunities for pilots, crews, and organizations throughout the Star Citizen universe.
Our mission is to develop a reliable, cooperative industrial network that supports both independent operators and organized fleet activities without unnecessary restrictions or obligations.
We believe successful industry is built through cooperation, practical experience, and the freedom to pursue opportunities at your own pace.
Whether you’re a lone pilot making deliveries, an experienced miner, a salvage operator, or someone just getting started in the ‘verse, there’s a place for you at Runegantry.
## OUR OPERATIONS
Mining & Resource Extraction
Locating, extracting, refining, and transporting valuable resources. From independent prospectors to coordinated mining crews, Runegantry aims to support industrial operations of all sizes.
Salvage & Recovery
Recovering valuable materials, components, and resources from abandoned or damaged vessels while creating opportunities for specialized salvage operators.
Cargo & Logistics
Transporting commodities, equipment, and supplies across established trade routes and emerging frontiers. Reliable logistics are the foundation of any successful industrial operation.
Exploration & Prospecting
Supporting expeditions to identify new resource opportunities, establish useful trade routes, and expand our operational knowledge throughout the ‘verse.
Industrial Contracts & Partnerships
Working alongside independent citizens and other organizations to provide industrial services, transportation, resource support, and coordinated operations when opportunities arise.
## OUR PHILOSOPHY
Runegantry is built around independence, cooperation, and mutual respect.
We welcome citizens who prefer operating alone just as much as those who enjoy working as part of a coordinated crew.
Membership is not intended to become a second job. We don’t believe in mandatory daily activity, excessive rank structures, or unnecessary expectations.
Members are encouraged to participate when they can, contribute where they feel comfortable, and pursue their own interests throughout the ‘verse.
We want Runegantry to be a place where people can enjoy Star Citizen without feeling obligated to log in or participate in every activity.
Real life always comes first.
## OUR FUTURE
Our long-term ambitions include developing an organized industrial fleet, establishing relationships with other organizations, expanding our operational capabilities, and creating opportunities for members to take part in increasingly ambitious industrial projects.
As Star Citizen continues to develop, we intend to grow alongside it, adapting our operations to new gameplay systems, locations, and opportunities.
Beyond our in-game operations, Runegantry is also developing a public companion software project intended to support players through useful tools, information, and operational resources.
Our goal is to make both the industrial organization and companion software project equally valuable parts of the Runegantry community.
We aren’t attempting to become the largest corporation in the ‘verse.
We’re building one worth being part of.

## ARTICLE I — OUR FOUNDATION
Runegantry is an independent industrial corporation built around cooperation, freedom, and a shared interest in the industrial side of Star Citizen.
Our goal is to provide a welcoming environment where independent pilots and organized crews can work together, share opportunities, and enjoy everything the ‘verse has to offer.
While we operate under a corporate identity, we’re a gaming community first. We’re here to enjoy ourselves, not create another job.
## ARTICLE II — MEMBERSHIP
Runegantry welcomes citizens of all experience levels, whether you’re a veteran industrial operator or someone just getting started.
Membership is entirely voluntary, and we have no mandatory playtime, attendance requirements, or activity quotas.
Members are welcome to maintain affiliations with other organizations, provided they don’t intentionally compromise Runegantry’s operations or members.
Whether you play every day or once a month, you’re welcome here.
Real life always comes first.
## ARTICLE III — CONDUCT & COMMUNITY
We believe most situations can be handled with common sense and mutual respect.
Members are expected to:
- Treat fellow members and other players respectfully.
- Avoid harassment, discrimination, and unnecessary drama.
- Respect other members’ time, equipment, and contributions.
- Help maintain a welcoming environment for new and experienced players alike.
- Represent Runegantry reasonably when participating in official organization activities.
Friendly banter, disagreements, and competition are perfectly fine. We’re not interested in policing every conversation or creating an overly restrictive community.
## ARTICLE IV — INDUSTRIAL OPERATIONS
Runegantry primarily focuses on mining, salvage, cargo transportation, logistics, resource management, and exploration.
Members are free to pursue these activities independently or participate in coordinated operations.
Organized activities may include mining expeditions, salvage operations, cargo convoys, exploration missions, and contracts with other organizations.
Participation is optional.
When joining an organized operation, members are expected to communicate with their crews, follow agreed plans, and respect the work being put in by everyone involved.
## ARTICLE V — SHIPS, RESOURCES & COMPENSATION
Members retain full ownership of their personal ships, equipment, resources, and earnings unless they voluntarily agree to share them.
Runegantry does not require mandatory financial contributions, membership fees, or donations.
For organized operations involving shared profits, compensation and resource distribution should be discussed before the operation begins.
Our goal is to ensure that everyone involved understands the arrangement and feels their contribution is valued.
## ARTICLE VI — LEADERSHIP & RESPONSIBILITIES
Runegantry operates under a small, trusted leadership structure responsible for maintaining the organization and supporting its members.
Leadership exists to coordinate operations, assist members, manage recruitment, and help the corporation grow.
Ranks and responsibilities may develop as the organization expands, but we do not believe in unnecessary bureaucracy or creating positions simply for the sake of having them.
Members are encouraged to contribute ideas, provide feedback, and take initiative regardless of their rank.
## ARTICLE VII — PARTNERSHIPS & CONTRACTS
Runegantry welcomes opportunities to cooperate with independent pilots, industrial contractors, and other organizations.
Our corporation may participate in joint mining expeditions, salvage contracts, cargo transportation, logistical support, and other mutually beneficial activities.
Members are welcome to develop relationships throughout the ‘verse, but official agreements made on behalf of Runegantry must be approved by corporation leadership.
We value reliability, fairness, and maintaining positive relationships with those we work alongside.
## ARTICLE VIII — OUR COMMUNITY & SOFTWARE PROJECT
Runegantry extends beyond Star Citizen itself.
Our Discord serves as the central gathering place for our industrial organization, broader gaming community, and public companion software development project.
Members are welcome to participate in whichever parts of Runegantry interest them.
You do not need to be a member of our Star Citizen corporation to participate in the Discord community or follow our software development.
Discord participation is encouraged but not mandatory for corporation membership.

## ARTICLE IX — CHARTER ADMINISTRATION
This charter establishes the general expectations and operating principles of Runegantry.
As Star Citizen evolves and our community grows, these guidelines may be updated to reflect new gameplay systems, organizational needs, and member feedback.
Any changes should remain consistent with our founding principles of independence, cooperation, fairness, and respect.
We want Runegantry to grow naturally without losing what makes it enjoyable to be part of.
