Charter
Charter of RVIDXR KLVN
Article I: Name and Purpose
The name of this organization shall be RVIDXR KLVN, also known as “Power Through Chaos.” The purpose of RVIDXR KLVN is to provide a network of support and resources for independent bosses and their respective syndicates across the galaxy.
Article II: Membership
Membership in RVIDXR KLVN is by invitation only. Prospective members must have proven themselves to be skilled, ruthless, and loyal to the syndicate. Once accepted, members are expected to uphold the principles and code of conduct of RVIDXR KLVN.
Article III: Code of Conduct
Members of RVIDXR KLVN are expected to conduct themselves with the utmost professionalism and integrity. Loyalty to the syndicate is paramount, and any betrayal will be met with swift and brutal punishment. Members must also operate within the law when possible, and not jeopardize the syndicate’s operations or reputation.
Article IV: Leadership
RVIDXR KLVN operates under a decentralized structure, with no one person holding absolute power. The syndicate is led by a council of bosses, each with their own network of operatives and informants. The council will make decisions by consensus, with each boss having an equal vote.
Article V: Operations

Article VI: Dissolution

Article VII: Amendments
This charter may be amended by a two-thirds vote of the council of bosses. Amendments must be proposed in writing and distributed to all members at least 30 days prior to the vote.
