History

Origins

Ravenwood Industries was founded by Valek Ravenwood, known today simply as the Firstwing in the competitive and unforgiving markets of the Stanton system. What began as an independent operation focused on resource extraction and freight quickly evolved into something far more substantial.

Growth

Recognising early that the most valuable commodity in any system is not what you mine but what you know, Ravenwood built its foundations on three pillars: extraction, engineering, and trade. The organisation invested heavily in infrastructure, fleet capability, and operational reach, positioning itself to operate effectively across multiple systems and environments.
As the corporation grew, so did its understanding of the market.
Ravenwood learned that the most profitable opportunities rarely advertise themselves openly, and that those willing to operate with discipline and discretion consistently outperform those who do not. This philosophy shaped every expansion, every contract, and every relationship the organisation built.

Today

Ravenwood Industries stands as a self-sufficient industrial corporation with the fleet, the expertise, and the network to operate independently across the verse. From asteroid belts to deep space installations wherever resources are found and infrastructure is needed, Ravenwood is there.

Ironwing

New members entering the organisation. Unproven but welcomed. Expected to learn, contribute, and demonstrate their value.

Copperwing

Members who have shown reliability and a willingness to invest in the organisation’s operations.

Titanwing

Established operators capable of running independent contracts and contributing meaningfully to Ravenwood’s activities.

Goldwing

Trusted senior members with demonstrated expertise and a proven track record. Entrusted with greater operational responsibility.

Quantumwing

The inner circle. Members who have earned the full trust of leadership and play an active role in shaping the organisation’s direction.

Hadanwing

Leadership tier. Reserved exclusively for the founding partners of Ravenwood Industries.

II. Title Structure

Firstwing

The founding voice of Ravenwood Industries. The origin of everything the organisation is and will become.

Talon

Senior operational authority. Responsible for maintaining standards, resolving disputes, and ensuring Ravenwood’s interests are protected.

Seeker

Responsible for identifying and bringing exceptional individuals into the Ravenwood fold. Quality over quantity, always.

Herald

The voice of Ravenwood to the outside world. Manages relationships, reputation, and how the organisation presents itself across the verse.

III. Code of Conduct

Act in the organisation’s best interests at all times.
Operate with discretion. How we conduct ourselves reflects on Ravenwood as a whole.
Respect the rank and title structure. Decisions made by senior members are made for good reason.
Internal disagreements are resolved through conversation and mediation, not public conflict.
Contracts and operations undertaken under the Ravenwood name must meet the organisation’s standards.

IV. Operations

Ravenwood engages primarily in resource extraction, engineering, and trade. Members are encouraged to participate across all three disciplines as capability allows.
Operational decisions, particularly those involving significant risk or sensitive cargo, require appropriate authorisation from Talon or above.
All activities undertaken by Ravenwood should maintain the organisation’s standard of professionalism and plausible integrity.

V. Advancement

Advancement through Ravenwood’s ranks is earned through consistent contribution, demonstrated loyalty, and the trust of those above you. There are no shortcuts and no fixed timelines; merit determines progress.
The Hadanwing tier is not available through advancement and is reserved exclusively for the founding partnership of Ravenwood Industries.
