History Manifesto Charter

History

S6D was formed in 2946 by former Special Operations Veterans from the Vanduul War and wealthy investors from several trading corporations looking to bring security and asset loss prevention from the galaxys many bandits and terrorist cells operating within the galaxy.
After the 2947 attempted assassination of Imperator Kelos Costigan, S6D became a prefered contractor choice after a handful of operators tracked and captured the terrorists responsible.
Since 2951 S6D has been contracted to many black-ops, hostage recovery and asset managment missions, of which a 99% succes rate has been achieved.
S6D is going through growth and investment from many silent partners and cash angels looking to bring further success and maintain safety to the galaxy.

Manifesto

S6 Division provides a higher caliber service focused on our clients’ hierarchy of needs. With a base of prevention, our team manages incident response, customer service, hazard mitigation, and business continuity.

Charter

The Six Tenants of the S6Division make up the Organizations Charter which all Members are bound to on writ of contract.
  1. Members will be required to treat all persons humanely and with respect for their dignity and privacy and will report any breach of the charter.
  2. Members will adopt Rules for Use of Force consistent with applicable law and the minimum requirements contained in the section for Use of Force in this code agree those rules with the Client
  3. Members will be required to take all reasonable steps to avoid the use of force. If force is used, it shall be in a manner consistent with applicable law. In no case shall use of force exceed what is strictly necessary, and should be proportianate to the threat and appropriate to the situation.
  4. Members will be required to not use firearms against persons except in self-defence or defence of others against an imminent threat of death or serious injury, or to prevent the perpetration of a particularly serious crime involving grave threat to life.
  5. To the extent that members are formally authorized to assist in the exercise of a state’s law enforcement authority, members will require that their use of force or weapons will comply with all intergalactic obligations applicable to law enforcment officials of the state.
  6. Members will only, guard, transport or question detainees if: (a) S6D has been specifically contracted to do so by the state; and (b) its Members are trained in the applicable galactic law. Members will treat all detained persons humanely and consistent with their status and protections under the UEE human rights law, including prohibitions on torture or other cruel, inhuman or degrading treatment or punishment.
