The Chronicle of Sacrificial Industries
2942 – The Foundation
The seeds of SIC were sown during the height of the Stanton System’s privatization. Originally a small group of independent freelancers operating out of the cargo decks of Port Olisar, the group specialized in high-risk, “sacrificial” supply runs into unstable sectors. The name was born from their reputation: they would sacrifice sleep, fuel, and comfort to ensure the cargo arrived on time.

2945 – The “Stanton Backbone” Expansion
Recognizing that transport alone was vulnerable to market fluctuations, the group officially incorporated as Sacrificial Industries Corporation. They invested heavily in their first fleet of Prospectors and MOLEs. This secondary focus on Resources allowed the company to control the entire supply chain—mining the raw ore and transporting the refined materials themselves.

2948 – The Great XenoThreat Blockade
During the initial XenoThreat incursions, SIC proved its mettle. While many industrial orgs fled to safer systems, SIC pilots organized armored convoys to keep civilian outposts supplied. This period solidified the corporation’s “All Aspects” philosophy, as miners and haulers learned to fly alongside security escorts to defend their bottom line.

2951 – Modern Industrialization
The corporation underwent a massive restructuring to accommodate a growing influx of pilots. SIC opened its doors to all levels of commitment, establishing three distinct tiers of operation:

The Vanguard (Hardcore): Strategic fleet commanders and long-haul specialists.

The Reliants (Regular): The daily grinders keeping the trade lanes active.

The Reservists (Casual): Freelance pilots who jump in to bolster the fleet during peak surges.

2954 – Current Era: Dominance in the Deep
Today, Sacrificial Industries Corporation stands as a beacon of industrial efficiency. With a primary focus on heavy Transport and a robust Resources division, SIC has expanded operations into the Pyro system and beyond. Whether it’s a solo Hull-C run or a massive multi-crew Orion mining operation, the corporation remains dedicated to the same goal: Fueling the ‘Verse, no matter the cost.

The Sacrificial Manifesto
I. The Core Directive: Industrial Excellence
At Sacrificial Industries Corporation, we believe that the pulse of the ‘Verse is measured in SCU and refined ore. While others chase glory in dogfights, we build the foundations of empires. Our primary directive is the mastery of Logistics and Resource Acquisition. We operate with the understanding that every credit earned is a testament to our efficiency and every delivery completed is a victory for the collective.

II. The “Sacrificial” Standard
Our name is our bond. It represents our unwavering commitment to the mission.

To our clients: We provide a “sacrificial” level of dedication—meaning we do not stop until the cargo is secured and the contract is fulfilled.

To our members: We sacrifice the “lone wolf” mentality for the strength of the fleet. We protect our haulers, we support our miners, and we ensure no pilot is left stranded in the black.

III. Total Versatility
While our heart is in the cargo hold, we are not helpless. SIC is an All-Aspects organization. We recognize that to mine and transport in high-security and lawless space alike, we must be proficient in all disciplines. We maintain a ready state for combat, exploration, and medical support to ensure our industrial operations remain uninterrupted.

IV. The Three Pillars of Membership
We believe that a pilot’s real-life commitments should never be a barrier to their success in the stars. We are built on three pillars:

The Casuals: The lifeblood of our fleet. Those who jump in when they can, adding their strength to our numbers without the pressure of quotas.

The Regulars: The backbone of our operations. The consistent pilots who keep our trade lanes active and our refineries humming.

The Hardcore: The architects of our influence. The specialists and commanders who coordinate our largest operations and push the boundaries of what a corporation can achieve.

V. Prosperity Through Unity
Sacrificial Industries Corporation is more than a business; it is a community. We operate on the principle that when the Corporation prospers, every member prospers. We share knowledge, we share protection, and we share the rewards of our labor.

We don’t just fly the ‘Verse. We provide the fuel that runs it.

Charter

The Corporate Charter of Sacrificial Industries

  • Article I: Code of Conduct
Professionalism: All members represent the SIC brand. Toxic behavior, harassment, or griefing (within the org or against the wider community) is strictly prohibited and grounds for immediate termination.

Unity of Effort: Once a fleet operation begins, the Commanding Officer (CO) has final say. Debate happens in the hangar; in the pilot’s seat, orders are followed without delay.

The “Silent Run” Policy: Information regarding corporate assets, trade routes, or scheduled mining operations is strictly confidential. Leaking fleet movements to rival organizations will result in a permanent ban.

  • Article II: Operational Engagement
Cargo Sanctity: The primary mission is always the safety of the haul. If a transport ship is under fire, all escort and resource vessels are expected to prioritize the protection of the cargo and the carrier.

No Pilot Left Behind: No SIC ship shall be abandoned in reachable space. If a member is stranded or disabled, the nearest available unit must report the location and coordinate a recovery if mission parameters allow.

Fire Discipline: SIC is not a “pirate” organization. Engaging in unprovoked aggression against non-hostile civilians is forbidden. We fire only in self-defense or to fulfill a legal contract.

  • Article III: Membership & Attendance
Playstyle Designation: Members must tag themselves as Casual, Regular, or Hardcore.

Hardcore members are required to attend at least 75% of “Major Operations.”

Regular members are expected to check in weekly.

Casual members have no attendance requirements but must follow all Charter rules while active.

Discord Integration: All members must be present in the corporate communications hub. During multi-crew or fleet operations, being on voice comms (even if just to listen) is mandatory for safety.

  • Article IV: Logistics & Resource Allocation
The Fair Share Principle: In organized group mining or salvage ops, the “Corporate Tax” (for fuel, repairs, and security) is deducted first, followed by an even split among the crew.

Asset Priority: During high-threat transport runs, members are expected to utilize ships that best serve the fleet’s needs over personal preference.

  • Article V: Disciplinary Action
    The Three-Strike Rule:

Strike 1: Formal Warning and retraining.

Strike 2: Demotion and suspension from fleet operations for 14 days.

Strike 3: Permanent expulsion and blacklisting from all SIC-affiliated sectors.

Zero Tolerance: Direct theft from the Corporate Treasury or intentional “friendly fire” results in an immediate Strike 3.
