No Contract No Service: If a prospective client wishes to hire Sarissa Interstellar, a contract detailing prices and the job in question must be agreed upon by both parties. This is done for the benefit of both the client and the company. By formalizing a contract, rules of engagement are established and pay is never in question. If a prospective client seeks to hire the company, but does not agree to the contract or terms of service therein, services shall not be rendered.

Freelance at Your Own Risk: Individual members of Sarissa Interstellar may take freelance jobs outside their work for the company, with the understanding that any actions they take will not be the responsibility of Sarissa Interstellar. The company may refuse aid, protection, or sanctuary to a member who has incurred problems or dangers while freelancing.

Keep Private and Company Funds Separate: All members of Sarissa Interstellar shall be compensated for jobs undertaken. Members may engage in freelance activity, so long as they establish that they are acting in their own capacity and do not represent the company. Any funds earned from such freelancing is purely owned by the individual and not the company. Likewise any individual charged with holding company funds, such as the treasurer, marketer, or CFO, shall spend company funds only on company endeavors.
