Manifesto

I. Identity: The Hustle is Real

We are the Space Babies, and we are here for the loot, the style, and the thrill. Forget the milk run; we thrive in the shadows and profit in the chaos. We are not some stuffy fleet; we are a family of Dedicated Hustlers who know how to mix high-risk operations with high-quality fun. If you believe the galaxy owes you a living—and you’re willing to take it—you belong with us.

Our Motto: Drip or Drown. In the ‘verse, you’re either making money or you’re sinking. We choose to make money, look incredible doing it, and help our siblings float.

II. Our Way of Life: Piracy & Style

We specialize in two things: Piracy and Smuggling. Every haul is a target, every patrol a potential mark. Our operations are lean, effective, and always profitable.

  • The Score: We secure resources and wealth by any means necessary. If it’s not yours, it’s ours. If it is yours, it soon will be.
  • The Shadow Runs: We move the goods the UEE doesn’t want moving. Our pilots are the best, our routes are invisible, and our profits are maximized.
  • The Aesthetic: We demand excellence in credits, performance, and appearance. Our ships, our gear, and our Hangar are a testament to our success. Drip is non-negotiable.

III. The Ideal Space Baby: Self-Starters & Sharers

We are looking for members who don’t need to be told what to do—they just do.

  • The Self-Starter: You are a motivated force. You see an opportunity to bolster the Org’s wealth, whether through a high-risk PvP ambush, an essential hauling run, or a lucrative mining operation, and you act on it. Initiative is currency here.
  • The PvPer: You are ready to engage. Combat pilots are the teeth of the Space Babies, securing the haul and defending the fleet.
  • The Bolsterer: You understand that every skill contributes. Whether you’re hauling, mining, or providing logistics, your efforts directly increase the Org’s power and resources. These skills are highly valued and respected.
  • The Helper: We are a family first. You are always ready to jump in and assist a fellow Space Baby, ensuring the success and survival of the collective.

IV. Our Collective Goal

Our mission is simple: Maximize Credits, Maximize Drip.

We will establish ourselves as a formidable, wealthy, and highly stylish force in the ‘verse, known equally for our dangerous skills and our enviable collections of ships and gear. We will earn the respect (and fear) of those who sail the stars.

Are you ready to hustle? Are you ready to drip?

Join the Space Babies. Leave the boring life behind.

Charter

Section I. Membership Tiers & Roles

This section defines the hierarchy of the Space Babies, outlining the responsibilities and privileges associated with each rank. Advancement is based on demonstrated initiative, contributions to Org wealth, adherence to the “Drip or Drown” motto, and consistent support of fellow members.

Diaper Lord

The Supreme Commander.
The founder and ultimate authority. Sets the strategic vision, secures key assets, determines alliances, and ensures the continued Drip of the Space Babies.
Privileges
Absolute final say on all Org matters. Cannot be removed or disciplined by other members.

The Wet Wipe

The Executive Officer.
The administrative core of the Org. Assists the Diaper Lord in strategic planning, diplomacy, managing recruitment, and enforcing the Charter rules (discipline, asset audits).
Privileges
Veto power on minor decisions. Direct access to all strategic Org financials and assets. Full disciplinary power (warnings, demotions).

Juice Box Captain

The Fleet Commander.
Highly experienced, trusted to command medium-to-large multi-ship operations (e.g., raid planning, major smuggling convoys). Directly responsible for the safety and success of their assigned crews.
Privileges
Can authorize the use of high-value Org assets (e.g., specialized capital support). High command authority during operations.

The Pacifier

The Specialist & Mentor.
Excels in a specific field (e.g., advanced combat, efficient hauling, intricate mining, or repair/resupply). Expected to guide and train Baby Pilots and Playpen Privateers.
Privileges
Priority access to specialized Org ships. Authority to lead small patrols and training runs.

Playpen Privateer

The Proven Hustler.
Demonstrated competence in Org operations (smuggling, piracy, or logistics). Ready to operate independently and is a reliable participant in official activities.
Privileges
Full voting rights on minor Org decisions. Access to standard Org vessels (e.g., Cutlass Black, Freelancer) for official and personal use.

Baby Pilot

The Probationary Recruit.
Focused on learning basic flight, combat, and trade skills. Must actively participate in group operations and demonstrate initiative to advance.
Privileges
Access to basic Org communication channels and mentorship. May use low-value Org assets with supervision.

Section II. The Stroller Code

The following rules are non-negotiable and govern the behavior of every member in the Space Babies, ensuring the safety, wealth, and continued Drip of the organization. Breach of these rules is subject to disciplinary action by The Wet Wipe and the Diaper Lord.

A. Loyalty & Brotherhood

1. NO PIRATING FELLOW MEMBERS: Any act of piracy, theft, betrayal, or unauthorized aggression directed at another Space Baby is an immediate, severe breach of the Charter and will result in disciplinary action up to permanent removal. We attack the ‘verse, not each other.

2. ORG ABOVE ALL ELSE: The collective interests, wealth, and reputation of the Space Babies supersede all individual ambitions. Every action taken in the ‘verse must be considered through the lens of how it benefits the Org.

3. WHEN WE EAT, WE ALL EAT: All members are expected to contribute fairly to the Org’s prosperity. When a major haul or score is secured, profits are distributed according to the Asset & Resource Policy (Section III). No one is to hoard vital information or assets needed for a group operation.

4. NO ONE IS DOWN ON THEIR LUCK ALONE: Members are expected to assist fellow Space Babies in distress. If a member is genuinely stuck, broke, or needs protection, the Org provides support.

B. Operational Discipline

5. NO UNAUTHORIZED GRIEFING OF NON-TARGETS: Unnecessary or random attacks on players not designated as targets (or who are not interfering with operations) are forbidden. We are Hustlers, not random thugs. Save the aggression for profitable endeavors.

6. DO NOT JEOPARDIZE THE MISSION: Under no circumstances should a member take an action for personal gain that increases risk to an active Org operation. This includes (but is not limited to) increasing visibility to Law Enforcement during smuggling runs or attacking targets specifically excluded from a current deal. Discipline and discretion are mandatory.

7. SPEAK UP & REPORT: Any information, intelligence, or perceived threat that could benefit or harm the Space Babies (e.g., system patrols, lucrative trade routes, rival org movements) must be immediately shared with The Pacifier or higher ranks. Silence is a failure of loyalty.

C. Professionalism & Attitude

8. GGz ONLY: In all encounters, whether a successful heist or a complete loss, members must maintain a respectful attitude. Even in defeat, simply say “Good Game” and move on. No loss is permanent; we learn and we keep hustling.

9. MAINTAIN THE DRIP: All members are expected to conduct themselves in a manner that reflects the high standards and style of the Space Babies.

Section III. The Score & The Fund

This section governs how organizational assets are managed, how profits are distributed, and the rules surrounding highly sought-after, contested loot.

A. Profit Sharing and the Rainy Day Fund

1. Loot Distribution (The Split): All profits and non-mandatory-fund assets acquired during an official Space Babies operation (a “Score”) must be immediately split equitably among all contributing members who participated in the operation. The size of the split should generally reflect the level of risk and contribution (e.g., the pilot taking the haul gets a larger share than a minor escort).

2. Rainy Day Fund Contribution: For any large-scale operation resulting in a profit value exceeding an amount designated by The Wet Wipe (e.g., 500,000 aUEC or specific high-value goods), 10% of the gross profit must be immediately allocated to the Organization’s Rainy Day Fund.

Purpose: This fund is managed by The Wet Wipe and is used exclusively for strategic investments, purchasing high-value Org ships, recovering high-tier assets, or providing emergency aid to members during severe losses.

B. Contested Loot Resolution

3. The Dice Roll Rule: If a specific, non-monetary piece of loot (e.g., a specific weapon, armor piece, or component) is successfully acquired during a Score and is desired by multiple participating members, its ownership will be determined by a fair contest back at the designated Hangar.

4. The Six-Sided Decision: The dispute will be settled by the roll of a six-sided dice (D6). The rules for the roll (e.g., highest roll wins, specific target number) will be determined by the member who currently has possession of the item. This member must state the rule clearly before the dice are rolled. All participants must abide by the result.

C. Organization Asset Use

5. Use of Org Ships: Org-owned vessels and equipment are available for use by Playpen Privateers (Rank 1) and above, provided they are using them for profitable or defensive operations that benefit the collective.

6 .Permission and Reporting: Use of high-value or capital-class Org assets requires explicit permission from a Juice Box Captain (Rank 3) or higher. All damage and loss of Org assets must be reported immediately to The Wet Wipe or Diaper Lord.

7. You Break It, You Fix It While insurance covers losses, members are expected to contribute to the cost of repairing or reacquiring any Org asset they lose or heavily damage through recklessness or unauthorized use.
