Who We Are:

We’re a group of casual try-hards, dedicated enough to aim high but grounded enough to keep real life first.
We are structured to grow and adapt to each facet of the game, taking reality and practicality as our main line approach to growth. A tight-knit group that thrives on coordinated gameplay, exploring everything the game offers while focusing on what’s the most fun and profitable.

Our Vision – As the game evolves, we plan to carve out our own corner of the universe, working together to make our mark in the ‘verse. Whether you’re a seasoned player or just starting your journey, you’ll find a place here.

Short Term – Strengthen our time zone coverage, building towards operational consistency between 3 major time zones, EU, US and Oceanic. Focus on industrial division due to crafting becoming more of a reality, actively working to online a comprehensive industrial division backed by the full force of our org.

Mid Term – Fill out redundant leadership structure to avoid stagnation from loss. Move towards standardizing and improving current doctrines across time zone divisions.

Long Term – Dedicated divisions for all major game loops as the game supports or justifies, interconnecting each to rely and thrive on each other’s mutual support.

◇ Active players from European, American and Oceanic time zones (but everyone is welcome!). We are actively building our Oceanic representation, AU NZ and any english speaking players in the region are strongly desired.

◇Combat air & ground players. Miners, salvagers & players interested in meta level industrial work.

◇ US West player’s with officer skills, squad or organizational skilled.

The Scale Group – General Rules

General Member/Guest Expectations

No Toxicity or Disrespect

◇ Be respectful toward all members, their skills, contributions, and any extra roles they take on to keep the org running. No personal attacks, harassment, or toxic behavior.

No Unauthorized Advertising or NSFW Content

◇ No advertising (other orgs, services, discords, No self-promo, etc.) without explicit permission from Command.

◇ No spamming, excessive caps, emoji walls, or copypasta in text channels.

◇ NSFW content is strictly limited to the designated NSFW channel only. Posting it anywhere else will result in removal and possible disciplinary action.

Keep Language Reasonable

◇ Mature language is generally acceptable among adults.

◇ Excessive, gratuitous, or extremely explicit language is discouraged.

◇ During org operations, events, and general chats: Politics, religion, and other highly divisive topics are off-limits. Outside of ops, go into a secondary channel, use common sense, read the room.
Be mature and “Don’t be the problem”.

Avoid Creating Drama for the Org

◇ The current state of Star Citizen makes it hard to reliably tie actions back to individuals/orgs, take this rule with some flexibility.

◇ No running your mouth in global, it’s rarely productive and often causes problems.

◇ You can play aggressively, commit crimes, or go wild in-game… but: ▫ Don’t drag other members into your drama, dick-measuring contests, or unwarranted conflicts. ▫ Don’t be a stalker or bully.

◇ Practice good sportsmanship. Don’t bring unwanted attention or toxicity to the org (especially in global chat while repping the tag).

◇ Harassment, discrimination, doxxing, stalking, or bringing up private/personal aspects of other members’ lives is strictly prohibited.

◇ Keep real-life venting/light personal talk okay, but this is not a support group. Don’t burden others with heavy personal problems. Respect privacy.

Respect Others’ Time & Comms Discipline

Do your best to:

- Be on time for events and objectives, don’t make others wait. Late joins are fine, just catch up quickly and don’t disrupt.

- Use push-to-talk if possible or adjust mic sensitivity to minimize hot mics. Don’t take it personal if we ask to adjust further we will help!

- Keep chatter low during active combat / high-focus situations, read the room.

- Move side conversations or personal ops to a separate voice channel when main comms get crowded (encouraged during large ops).

- Come prepared , ask questions beforehand if unsure about loadouts, roles, or mechanics.

- Bugs & glitches happen to everyone. Take it in stride and rejoin. don’t make it the group’s problem unless it directly blocks the activity.
