We are the Crime organization that runs the universe. We have connections in every corner of the galaxy, and we take out whomever we please to ensure that nothing breaks the day to day operations of the Scarpa Crime Family. Pretty much the Space Mafia.
History
On Earth, the Scarpa Crime Family was one of the biggest crime organizations during the Pre-Modern Space Age. As time passed though, the Crime Family started getting cracked down on from Earths Law Enforcement, and thus forcing much of the todays-era famiglia members into hiding. After Law Enforcement gave up on finding them, many scientific breakthroughs emerged, one of them being streamlined space travel. After a while the Scarpa Crime Family moved to space. Whilst in space, the famiglia actually had an easier time evading law enforcement, because they had fast ships. During this period they grew and kept growing to be the largest organization in the galaxy, mostly taking care of enemies and doing illegal jobs to make huge cash, corrupting and turning a blind eye to most of the law enforcement.
Manifesto
The Scarpa Crime Family is absolutely hellbent on controlling the galaxy, and making sure all enemies of the family are taken out, thus making sure no one stands in their way. We have a VERY strict code on snitching and killing/touching certain people, making us have many values that other organizations don’t.
Charter
*1. — The Omertà is above all when it comes to the famiglia. You must honor it, for it is the code of La Cosa Nostra; this thing of ours. Those who break this will be dealt with swiftly and without remorse because to betray the Omertà, is to betray the famiglia as a whole.
2. — If you are not a made-man, you are to never lay your hands on an inducted member of the famiglia. So much as touching a made-man will ultimately result in you being beaten in front of your entire crew members, or worse…
3. — Disrespecting your superior, whether it be a made-man, or your Capo for instance will not be tolerated. They are over you and in charge of you, so act like it whether you respect them or not.
4. — Lying to another member of the famiglia, or simply bearing false witness to an event involving another member will result in punishment. There is a place for liars and cheaters, and that is not in the famiglia.
5. — When at all possible, you must be available to La Cosa Nostra. All external issues must be dealt with after your dealings/work with the famiglia. This means even in the most extreme circumstances as well.
6. — Those who refuse to contribute to the famiglia, whether it be racking up cash, or not attending important meetings when you are clearly available will result in punishment to the degree of your Capo, or superior’s discretion.
7. — New appointments, such as promotions, must be respected in the famiglia, and they are final. You are to not argue why you feel someone may or may not have earned or received the position they are in.
8. — When it comes to the financial endeavors of the famiglia, money should not, not cannot be appropriated if it belongs to someone else, or another family. This includes any transaction not talked about by the famigila itself.
9. — In the realm of talk when referring to recruiting new associates, people who have a relative/friend that is in law enforcement may not be inducted. This also goes for people who behave in a bad manner, or do not hold themselves to any moral values.
10. — As a member of the famiglia, you are to never be seen with law enforcement. This can not only look bad, but is also frowned upon by the famiglia as a whole. Remember, no one likes a snitch…
11. — Nicknames must be bestowed upon you by either a member of the leadership, or the friends you hang around with in the famiglia. Inappropriate names will be removed and may result in reprimanding of said person.
12. — Only members of the family who are full-blooded earthlings may be brought to the soldier rank. Those who are not must, and will stay as associates or affiliates of the famiglia.*
