Starsky Combat Logistics Company (hereafter referred to as Starsky Combat Logistics Co. or SCLCo.) and it’s employees are expected to abide by the following rules:

1. At all times SCLCo. and it’s employees are to behave in a professional and courteous manner, within reason, towards any client(s) and are expected to make a genuine attempt to accommodate any reasonable request made by said client(s).
2. Starsky Combat Logistics Co. and it’s employees shall not at any time complete any work for a client without a binding contract in place outlining the scope of work, expectations of both parties, start date and time, termination date and time, and at minimum an estimate of cost and down payment of 15% of the total cost up front.*
3. In the event that a job cannot be completed, the client is to be refunded any moneys or goods transferred in payment for the services of SCLCo. minus any and all operational costs incurred to that point. The infraction must occur during the active period of the contract between SCLCo. and the client in question in order for the refund to be completed.
4. In the event that a situation as outlined in rule number 3 is caused by a violation of rule number 1, the full amount is to be refunded and any losses incurred by SCLCo. or it’s employees are to be recouped from the offending employee if possible. This must, however, be proven to be the case before a magistrate from the district courts in the system of Terra before any such action is taken.
5. Starsky Combat Logistics Co. will not start any conflicts that would be detrimental to the company in the foreseeable long term unless a contract exists between SCLCo. and a client who will actively employ SCLCo. through the entirety of said conflict and has requested in writing that the conflict be started.
6. Once SCLCo. has contracted with a client, it may not at any time be contracted to fight or support any other client against them in the same active conflict. This is to prevent confusion and friendly fire incidents among SCLCo. employees.
7. Upon the end date and time specified in all contracts with any potential clients, any services and/or affiliation with the client will cease immediately, rules 1,3,&4 will no longer apply, and all cargos will be delivered to the nearest station or settlement friendly to the client. In the event that the client wishes to continue using the services of SCLCo, a new contract with a new termination date and time shall be issued and signed by both the client and a company representative of sufficient rank.
8. Crews are expected to complete contracts in a timely fashion. Failure to do so will result in disciplinary action.
9. Crews are expected to comply with ALL pertinent UEE laws where applicable.

*Rules marked with an asterisk do not apply in the event of a ship in distress, at the specific request of the UEE government, Navy, or Advocacy, or at the discretion of the captain or officer in command of the company ship in question.
