Skyline Defense Solutions is a private military corporation founded in 2920 by a group of retired military personnel and security experts with a shared vision of providing high-quality security solutions to clients around the Empire. The founders had extensive experience in military and security operations, having served in various capacities in the United Earth Empire Armed Forces, as well as in law enforcement agencies and private security firms.

Skyline Defense Solutions focused on providing security consulting and training services to government agencies and private companies in the early years. They quickly gained a reputation for security risk assessments, crisis management, and personnel training expertise. As its reputation grew, it expanded its services to include security management, logistics support, and tactical operations.

In 2927, Skyline Defense Solutions was awarded its first major contract with a foreign government to provide security support for a critical infrastructure project. This was followed by several more contracts, including one with a multinational corporation to provide security for their facilities in high-risk areas. Skyline Defense Solutions continued to expand its client base and services, becoming a leading provider of private military and security solutions.

In 2947, Skyline Defense Solutions made headlines when it successfully repelled a terrorist attack on a client’s facility in the Nyx System, resulting in no casualties and minimal damage. This high-profile operation further cemented the company’s reputation as a reliable and effective security provider.

Today, Skyline Defense Solutions operates in multiple regions around the Empire, with a workforce of highly trained and experienced personnel. They provide services to clients in numerous sectors, including energy, infrastructure, and government agencies. Charter

Article I – Name and Purpose
  • This corporation shall be Skyline Defense Solutions. The purpose of this corporation is to provide customized security solutions to clients worldwide, with the ultimate goal of protecting people, assets, and critical infrastructure against security threats.
Article II: Membership
  • Membership in Skyline Defense Solutions is open to individuals and organizations that support the corporation’s mission, principles, and values. Membership shall be granted upon approval by the corporation’s Board of Directors.
Article III: Governance
  • Skyline Defense Solutions shall be governed by a Board of Directors consisting of no fewer than five and no more than nine members. The Board of Directors shall be responsible for the corporation’s overall direction, strategy, and governance.
Article IV: Officers
  • The officers of Skyline Defense Solutions shall consist of a President, a Vice President, a Secretary, and a Treasurer. The officers shall be elected by the Board of Directors and shall serve a term of two years. The officers shall be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the corporation.
Article V: Finances
  • Skyline Defense Solutions shall operate on a non-profit basis, with any profits generated from its operations reinvested in the corporation to support its mission and goals. The corporation shall maintain accurate and complete financial records and be subject to an annual audit by an independent auditing firm.
Article VI: Code of Ethics
  • Skyline Defense Solutions shall maintain a code of ethics that outlines the corporation’s commitment to integrity, professionalism, and excellence in all its business dealings. All members and officers of the corporation shall be required to adhere to the code of ethics.
Article VII: Amendments
  • A two-thirds vote of the Board of Directors may amend this Charter. Proposed amendments must be submitted in writing at least 30 days before the vote is taken.
