First and Foremost: We are a group looking to keep Starcitizen Community healthy, and friendly. This Org is meant to be a place to relax, and enjoy oneself with a company of misfits. We ask that people avoid discussing politics unless it’s in a clean and friendly manner. We do have an age policy of 20+ for the sake of things can get spicy in conversation, although NSFW posting isn’t allowed.

Do you Role-play?: The Organization is an off shoot worked from with official lore, and so role-play is certainly allowed within our ranks. There is a handful of our founding members that enjoy it, and encourage it. That being said, it is not a requirement for anyone to do so. Recommendation towards that, is to make a voice channel in our discord labeled as such. This way folks know not to interrupt it, to not disrupt the fun of it.

What’s the Org’s Purpose: To have fun, but we are focused on certain game play loops. Which we offer to teach and assist where we can to anyone that asks, be they an Org member or just an average Citizen. These game play loops are primarily legal and illegal; Trading, Mining, violence, and ship services.

Do I require a certain ship?: Over all? No. The Salty Dogs is meant to be a rag-tag fleet of outcasts, frontier freelancers, and grey area work. Although we do have ship recommendation to help support game play loops, and a list of ships to give signature look to organization. These ships include the Aegis Reclaimer, Terrapin, Valkyrie, and anything by Drake Interplanetary, Argo Astronautics, and MISC.

The charter is a simple set of rules, that all will abide by. You’ll be given three strikes, if you fail to conduct yourself and it’s deem necessary. While we do not enjoy forcing members out, we will without so much as an after thought. We ask any who with to be a part of the Org, to be around 20+ years old. By joining us, you agree to..

1. The Organization has no set leader, in truth, as we value democratic style of voting for major event. Cast your vote, when asked.

2. Please be 18+ years of age, we do get spicy with talks and wish to avoid issues. Although do not post NSFW content.

3. Wear the uniform when doing Salty Dog work, you’ll find it in the Info-Board of our discord.

4. Be civil and respectful, to everyone in the Organization. We’re co-operation as a group, and if you have issue please tell a Commander.

5. Be able to take a joke. Somethings are meant to be only for the sake of amusement, but we understand some jokes can be taken too far. Report them as needed.

6. If you cross the line with a joke and no one’s laughing, you’re probably breaking rule #4.

7. Don’t be stupid. We all love some good shenanigans, but there’s a limit to griefing and trolling our fellows.

8. Please change your nickname on the discord, to your star citizen name. Along with the addition of a Time Zone.

9. Defend the Organization. If a member is attacked or held up, bring the heat.

10. Yes, we know about Vulcan, and as a member you’re allowed to grief him.
