History
Back in 2009, the Velvet Room created a project called Dunscaith. The goal of the project was to create superior genetically modified humans.
The project was a success, and the resulting humans were vastly superior to regular humans. They were stronger and faster, and had enhanced senses. They also had enhanced intellects, and could easily process complex information.
The人 also had powerful psychic abilities, which made them extremely effective spies and assassins. Thanks to Dunscaith, the Velvet Room became one of the most powerful groups in the world
