History Manifesto Charter

History

Founded in 2949, a small group of privateers banded together to form an organization that adheres to the more stringent values of the elite maritime fraternity, “Order of Neptune”.

Our organization began as a way for UEE Navy members to carry on their traditions and comradery into the private sector. The founder, then Commander Brock Landers, ended his commission as a UEE officer, taking his life-long savings and investing into the seedy world of pirates and privateers. He enlisted the help of a small rag-tag group of morally questionable men and women in search of riches and glory and set off into the verse. Today, some of it’s members have moved on to other modus operandi, but still hold to the code. Earning their title as Shellback, giving them the tools and experience they need to make it in this harsh universe.

Welcome,

Those of us at Shellback Industries would like to welcome you to our Organization page. We are a band of individuals doing what is necessary to survive in the hostile and deadly environment that is the verse. If you choose to join our organization, you will be taught the skills and tactics needed to carryout any career path your desire.

Our organization is committed to instilling the values and traditions set forth by our original maritime forefathers, practices that date back to the beginning of exploration of the then known world. With the proper training, and dedication, our members will be ready to work or fight, whenever and wherever.

Charter

Welcome to Shellback Industries. We expect our members to conduct themselves with honor and courage. This charter is intended to lay out the rules and regulations of our organization.

Rule 1: The team comes first. (See Top Gun for further information, this will be on the test.)
Rule 2: You do not speak of Shellback, but the fight club is every Tuesday.
Rule 3: Bullying will not be tolerated within the organization. – There will be a chain-of-command that members can bring grievances to the attention of said command. – Members will be expected to conduct themselves with maturity and professionalism. – Hazing is not bullying.
Rule 4: Uniform regulations: – Security Operations: Morning Star Helmet Black, Inquisitor Armor Helmet Black, Stoneskin undersuit. – Cargo Operations: Morning Star Helmet Twilight, Inquistor Armor Twilight, Stoneskin undersuit. – Mining Operations: Pembroke Armor / Nova Armor. – Privateer Operations: Morning Star Helmet Red, Inquisitor Arms Armor Red, Inquisitor Legs Armor Black, Stoneskin undersuit. – Medical Operations: TBD
