History Manifesto Charter

History

Originally conceived in the 1st quarter of 2020, the idea for ShipShape was formed based around emergency service responders rendering assistance to player in the verse.

Sadly, the global Covid-19 pandemic meant that ShipShape had to be put on the backburner as my job in Fire & Rescue had to take priority.
Now we’re early into 2021 and vaccines are being rolled out across the world, and the development of ShipShape can be resumed.

Looking to grow in numbers and support, we aim to be the “go to” organisation for when you are in distress and need help.

Manifesto

The aim of ShipShape is to have rescue ships spread across the verse to enable fast, successful support and rescue operations.

We do not discriminate among any player / faction / group / org *

  • Any player, faction, group or organisation that logs hoax calls through our available channels / actively hunts or traps ShipShape members when on a live operation will immediately be blacklisted from any and all services provided by ShipShape until a cease fire, peace talks, and reparations have concluded.

Where an agreement cannot be reached, ShipShape will employ third parties to ensure continued successful operations that will operate under a strict “do not fire until fired upon” policy.

Remember, it might be fun to shoot at us but one day you might need us!

Charter

We will:

  • not engage in PvP when on a live operation.
  • not act aggressively or instigate a violent incident.
  • not enter an active war zone or take sides in any conflict.
  • render aid once battle has concluded.
  • not take advantage of a players situation for personal or corporate gain.

It is important to us that we remain impartial in any conflict and for others to see and value what we represent and provide.

Note: Where a ship / cargo may be lost we may dispatch a salvage vessel to cover incurred costs. This enables us to fund continued cover elsewhere in the verse.
