Founded in 2800 on Earth in the Sol system by Gaius Silvanus Custos, Simulacra Tactical exists to deliver precision, discretion, and results in a fragile universe. We are a licensed private military company operating under UEE law. Every operative is forged through advanced neural simulation protocols — refined tactical copies of history’s most effective warriors. We do not seek glory. We execute flawlessly.

Article I – Core Principles
1. Precision – We operate with surgical accuracy. Brute force is the tool of amateurs.
2. Discretion – Client confidentiality and operational secrecy are absolute.
3. Professionalism – We conduct ourselves with the highest standards at all times, both in and out of uniform.
4. Loyalty – Loyalty to the chain of command and the organisation supersedes personal interest.

Article II – Code of Conduct
All members of Simulacra Tactical shall:
- Obey lawful orders from superior ranks without hesitation.
- Never compromise a client, operation, or fellow operative through carelessness or malice.
- Maintain strict operational security at all times.
- Refrain from unnecessary violence, criminal activity, or actions that damage the organisation’s reputation.
- Treat clients, civilians, and allied forces with professional respect.
- Report any breach of this Charter immediately to their superior officer.
- Represent the organisation with dignity in all public and private interactions.

Article III – Chain of Command
The organisation is led by the Simulacra Proconsul, currently Samuelacrum Silvanus Custos. His appointed Praefect, Legatus Decevolent Silvanus Custos, holds authority in his absence. All ranks (from Simulacra Aspirant to Simulacra Legatus) exist to maintain clear, efficient command. Respect for rank and role is mandatory.

Article IV – Membership & Advancement
Membership is a privilege, not a right. Advancement is based solely on merit, performance, and adherence to this Charter. The organisation reserves the right to remove any member who fails to uphold these standards.

Article V – Violations & Discipline
Breaches of this Charter will result in disciplinary action, up to and including immediate removal from the organisation and reporting to UEE authorities where required. The Proconsul and Praefect hold final authority on all disciplinary matters.
