History
The Skyraider Coalition was founded in 2954 by a group of disillusioned players who had grown weary of the cutthroat nature of existing organizations in the vast universe of Star Citizen. Frustrated by the rigid hierarchies and overly competitive atmospheres that dominated many factions, these founders envisioned a new kind of organization—one that prioritized camaraderie, exploration, and the thrill of freelancing without the pressure of constant competition. They sought to create a welcoming environment for new players, where veterans could share their knowledge and experiences, fostering a community built on mutual respect and support. With a mission to redefine how players engage with the game, the Skyraider Coalition emerged as a sanctuary for adventurers of all skill levels, committed to exploring the stars at their own pace and crafting their own stories in the expansive universe.
Manifesto
We, the Skyraiders, are freelancers at heart, drawn together by a desire for autonomy and a passion for adventure. Our intentions are clear:
Exploration: To traverse the unknown and uncover the secrets of the universe, expanding our knowledge and experience while sharing it with our community.
Inclusivity: To create a welcoming environment for all players, especially newcomers, ensuring that every member feels valued and supported in their journey.
Diverse Engagement: To partake in a variety of activities, including trade, cargo hauling, mining, salvage, combat, bounty hunting, and even piracy, while respecting the choices of our fellow Skyraiders.
Community over Competition: We prioritize collaboration and mutual support over rivalry, understanding that together, we can achieve greater heights.

Skyraider Coalition Code of Conduct
1. Respect and Support
Members of the Skyraider Coalition shall treat each other with respect and kindness. Support your fellow Skyraiders, especially newcomers, by offering guidance, sharing resources, and fostering a positive atmosphere.
2. Freedom to Choose
Every member has the right to pursue their interests and playstyle within the coalition. Whether engaging in exploration, trade, combat, or other activities, we celebrate the diversity of our endeavors and respect each member’s choices.
3. Collaboration Over Competition
We prioritize teamwork and collaboration. While friendly competition is welcome, it should never overshadow the spirit of camaraderie. Work together to achieve collective goals and share in the successes of your fellow Skyraiders.
4. Open Communication
Maintain open and honest communication within the coalition. Share ideas, concerns, and feedback, and listen to the perspectives of others. A healthy dialogue fosters a strong community.
5. New Player Mentorship
Veteran members are encouraged to mentor new players, helping them acclimate to the game and the coalition. Share knowledge and experiences, and be patient as they learn the ropes of the universe.

While we engage in various activities, including trade, combat, and piracy, members must maintain integrity and avoid malicious behavior. Stealing from or deceiving fellow Skyraiders is strictly prohibited.
