Hey pilot, welcome to Voidhaven Rest. We’re a neutral haven where the Verse’s paths cross—independent, outlaw, or loyal alike. Inside our halls, conflict is left at the door. Outside, the Verse continues as it is. Here, we just make sure you’re never alone in it.
The Voidhaven Rest was founded in 2955 by Paroovian and Death Capitan as gathering space for mercenaries, explorers, traders, and freelancers to spent time and work under one banner, to work together without rigid structure of more affluential organizations.
The home away from home, a tavern without a build at the start.
Voidhaven Rest was born from two ideals that refuse to fade in the cold between stars: Community, and the Tavern yet to be built.
Across the Verse, pilots gather into companies of necessity and ambition—fleets forged for profit, survival, and conquest. Yet even in an age of vast networks and interstellar reach, countless independent contractors still drift alone, facing contracts too dangerous, too complex, or too vast for a single hand to grasp.
We do not see this as a failure of the pilots—but as an absence of connection.
We are Voidhaven Rest.
We are the promise of a place that does not yet fully exist, but is already taking shape in word and intent.
A neutral haven suspended between allegiances.
A refuge for those who have no flag worth bleeding for, and for those who have many flags they refuse to be chained by.
Corsairs or saints, haulers or fighters, mercenaries, traders, wanderers, and exiles alike—all are welcome within Voidhaven’s name, so long as they respect the sanctity of its halls and the fragile peace we strive to maintain within them.
Within our domain, weapons are not the first language spoken. Reputation is.
We stand at the threshold between the independent and the organized, between those who seek purpose and those who can provide it.
Voidhaven Rest will become the bridge across that divide—a gathering point where contracts are not merely accepted, but understood; where pilots are not simply hired, but matched to purpose.
We will serve as the unseen hand between those who move the Verse.
A meeting ground for organizations too large to know every capable pilot, and pilots too small to be seen by the great machinery of the system.
We will carry requests, ambitions, and opportunities across that gap—and ensure that nothing capable of being achieved is left undone for lack of connection.
For those who choose to make Voidhaven their home, we do not offer ownership—we offer belonging.
Shared horizons.
Shared risks.
Shared returns.
New contracts carved from the void.
New ventures born in uncertainty.
And always, a place to return when the Verse turns hostile and silent.
We will gather knowledge not as hoarders, but as custodians of relevance.
We will trade in opportunity, not greed.
We will build something that does not rely on the present to justify its existence.
And when the Tavern is finally raised—when its lights burn steady in the dark—it will not be the beginning of Voidhaven Rest.
It will be the moment the Verse recognizes what has already been true:
That a place for everyone was already being built, long before it had walls.
Voidhaven Rest is not yet complete.
But it is already real.
Voidhaven Rest exists as a neutral convergence point for independent pilots, organizations, and affiliated groups operating across the Verse.
Its purpose is not to erase conflict, but to contain it beyond its threshold.
Voidhaven is a bridge between actors who may otherwise stand opposed—an interface between necessity, ambition, and survival.
It is a place where the Verse connects, not where it is rewritten.
Voidhaven Rest is governed by a strict internal doctrine:
Within Voidhaven space, all external conflicts are suspended.
This principle applies universally, without exception.
Allegiances, bounties, grudges, contracts, and factional hostilities do not hold jurisdiction within Voidhaven-controlled halls, stations, or designated gathering spaces.
Within Voidhaven:
enemies are not enemies
allies are not elevated above others
all pilots are treated as guests under equal protection of neutrality
Conduct within Voidhaven defines standing within Voidhaven—nothing else.
Violations of this principle are considered the highest breach of Voidhaven law.
Voidhaven Rest does not restrict, regulate, or judge activity outside its jurisdiction.
Members, affiliates, and guests may:
engage in piracy, bounty hunting, escort, or combat operations
participate in lawful or unlawful professions
act against other Voidhaven members in external space
Voidhaven Rest does not interfere with the Verse beyond its boundaries.
However, all external conflict ends at the threshold.
No external hostility, enforcement, or vendetta may be carried into Voidhaven space.
All individuals entering Voidhaven space are bound by the Treaty of the Halls.
This treaty is not negotiated. It is observed.
Within Voidhaven:
no hostile action may be initiated
no pursuit of external conflict may continue
no intimidation, coercion, or enforcement of external contracts is permitted
no factional authority overrides sanctuary law
All disputes must be either:
left outside Voidhaven
or resolved through Voidhaven mediation channels
The Hall is neutral by existence, not permission.
Voidhaven Rest recognizes that the Verse is defined not by morality, but by motion, survival, and intent.
Organizations and individuals operating outside conventional law—including pirate-aligned factions—may be granted equal access to Voidhaven spaces under the same conditions of neutrality.
No distinction is made within Voidhaven between:
lawful organizations
independent contractors
outlaw or pirate-aligned groups
Standing within Voidhaven is determined solely by conduct inside its halls.
The Verse may divide them.
Voidhaven does not.
Voidhaven Rest serves as an intermediary hub for contracts, coordination, and operational grouping.
It may:
connect independent pilots with organizations seeking manpower
organize multi-crew or large-scale operations
facilitate communication between parties across factional boundaries
Voidhaven does not guarantee contracts, payment, success, or outcomes.
It provides connection—not certainty.
All agreements remain the responsibility of the parties involved unless explicitly mediated under Voidhaven leadership.
Voidhaven Rest may designate functional roles to maintain operations, including but not limited to:
Contract Brokers — mission coordination and pilot matching
Logistics Officers — fleet and resource coordination
Information Handlers — communication and intelligence flow
Sanctuary Wardens — enforcement of neutrality within Voidhaven space
These roles exist for function, not dominance.
No role holds authority beyond Voidhaven jurisdiction or overrides sanctuary doctrine.
Neutrality is enforced collectively by Voidhaven leadership and designated personnel.
Violations of sanctuary doctrine may result in:
verbal warning and removal from Voidhaven space
suspension of Voidhaven services and access
permanent exclusion from Voidhaven-controlled areas and coordination networks
If required, Voidhaven security elements may intervene to preserve sanctuary integrity, regardless of external affiliation or reputation.
No external power holds authority within Voidhaven space.
Internal disputes are addressed through Voidhaven mediation channels.
Possible outcomes include:
mediated resolution between parties
temporary suspension of Voidhaven access
permanent removal from Voidhaven affiliation
Escalation is determined based on impact to neutrality, operations, and communal stability.
Voidhaven does not exist to judge the Verse—but to prevent it from fracturing within its walls.
Voidhaven Rest maintains open relations with all organizations that respect its neutrality.
Temporary cooperation may be established for:
large-scale operations
event-based contracts
mutual logistical benefit
Such cooperation does not constitute alliance or political alignment.
Voidhaven remains unaffiliated at all times.
Voidhaven Rest is not a sovereign power.
It is not a factional force.
It is not a claim over territory or allegiance.
It is an agreement made real through behavior:
That within these halls, the Verse is paused.
Enemies may sit beside one another without war.
Allies may stand without privilege.
Strangers may speak without fear.
Not because the Verse has changed—
but because Voidhaven does not allow it to enter.
Voidhaven Rest is not yet complete.
But within its space, it is already absolute.
