I. Every man shall have an equal vote in affairs of moment. He shall have an equal title to the fresh provisions or strong liquors at any time seized, and shall use them at pleasure unless a scarcity makes it necessary for the common good that a retrenchment may be voted. All vote is to be announced to and honored by the Chief.

II. Every man shall be called fairly in turn by the list on board of prizes. But if they defraud the company to the value of even one UEC in ammo, resources or money, or rob an other they shall be marooned with one pack of oxygen, pistol with a round of ammo, and a bottle of water.

III. None shall game for money with outsiders of Slyco.

IV. Each man shall keep his piece, armor and guns, at all times clean and ready for action.”

V. No outsider shall be allowed amongst us. If any shall be found seducing one and carrying into Slyco territory, he shall be marooned. Recruitment shall be honored by Captain or Quartermaster in the profound way.

VI. He that shall desert the ship or his quarters in the time of battle shall be punished by death or marooning.”

VII. None shall strike another on board the ship, but every man’s quarrel shall be ended onground by pistol (with one ammo) and fists in this manner: at the word of command from the Quartermaster, each man being previously placed back to back, shall turn and fire immediately. If any man do not, the Quartermaster shall knock the piece out of his hand. If both miss their aim, they shall take it to fistfight, and he that draws first blood shall be declared the victor.”

VIII. Every man who shall become a cripple or lose a limb in the service shall have 20,000 UEC from the common stock, and for lesser hurts proportionately. Everyone injured in battle shall receive sufficient medical supply.

IX. The Chief at all times is to receive two shares of the prize and two shares goes to the common stock, the Captain and the Quartermaster shall each receive two shares as well, the Gunners, Seniors of Ship Medic and Engineering one and one half shares, all other officers one and one quarter, and private gentlemen of fortune one share each.”

X. All Captains joining Slyco can choose to be Freelancer, at which point he is to be responsible of the ship expanses such that ammunition, ship repairs, fuel, all battle costs which happened to obtain a prize.

XI. All Captains joining Slyco can choose to be part of the Fleet for which he has to give up the ownership of the vessel, or place a half of the ship amount of UEC into the common stock. For that the expanses of ammunition, fuel and supplies are covered and at all times at least half of the repair costs suffered while obtaining a price are payed.

XII. Captains and Quartermasters is to be relied on with counseling on any regard of by the superiors of them, but trusted to avoid necessary fights.

XIII. Those who refuse to follow the orders of his superior shall be killed or marooned.

XIV. Those found to be fled away shall receive the bounty of his worth and banishment from Slyco.

XV. The musicians and dancers shall have rest on the Sabbath Day only, by right, on all other days, by favor only.
