Forge of Volundr / SMITHY

Forge of Volundr is looking to make a peaceful, decent living off of a medium sized crafting organization. This will encompass defense, logistics, crafting, mining, as well as a tiny bit of role flex as needed depending on the day.

This org will not ask you to be on at all hours of the night to protect our holdings. Whatever we can safely defend with our size of expert shit birds, that will decide our fate. Not looking to be a hardcore org in that sense. So I’d ask you be flexible in your expectations when joining. The results will de dependent on a lot of factors outside our control.

We are a peaceful org by nature, choosing mainly to protect the airspace around our holdings and operations. You are to engage if engaged upon.
Exceptions to this rule will be clearly defined if there are org v. org reputation systems put in place or if a particular individual is constantly an issue.

All work should be done to both further your own advancement and the advancement of the org. Selfish players will not be tolerated. This will be decided on by a tribunal of officers and not taken lightly. This said, this org will not ask much from you. Meaning, being selfish towards the org goals will be very evident.

Our main goal is to craft the highest quality small arms, personal armors, and ship components we can. Using the highest quality materials we are able to defend and maintain. Larger goals of ship construction and capital ship construction will be considered stretch goals depending on how well we achieve our initial place in the market.

Be chill and smoke a beer or something, idk… We are truly pretty chill and if that doesn’t work for you, I do apologize. The attitude of being open and easy on player skill, time commitment time available, and your preferred play style will come with some drawbacks.
