History

What is Apex Solutions, and why hire us?

Apex Solutions was founded in November 2942 by a group of three friends and experienced pilots who saw an opportunity to deviate from the norm of highly specialized organizations that sought to provide just a single service for a client. Instead, Apex offers personal solutions specifically tailored for you while keeping all aspects of the task under one roof—something we felt was sorely needed in an era where the rigid, impersonal methods employed by many megacorporations are all too apparent. If, for example, you need to move some goods, we will work with you personally to construct a solution to best facilitate your needs, addressing all aspects of the task—risk management, transportation, and security. Why worry about hiring multiple organizations dealing in security and transportation of cargo to make sure your cases of ice brandy get to Terra? By keeping all elements involved in fulfilling a client’s needs within our organization, the quality, reliability, and timeliness of each solution is enhanced due to our diverse set of skills and the strong cohesion between the members that make up Apex, ensuring the client’s experience is a positive one.

Manifesto

Overview:

Apex Solutions is a highly adaptable and fluid organization with the simple goal of providing solutions to satisfy whatever needs a client may have. Rather than committing to offering a specific kind of service and having to operate within the constraints of that area, Apex strives to work closely with clients to craft a solution specially adapted to suit their needs. All tasks involved in carrying out a solution are delegated to the members best suited for each task, ensuring success in a timely and professional manner.

Work closely with clients to provide solutions specially tailored to their needs
Strive to maintain a reputation of being highly adaptable and capable in all areas
Cultivate a public image of being a more personable and respectful organization sensitive to the needs of our clients

Services:

Provide specialized solutions involving many different skills including but not limited to:
Scouting / Exploration
Transportation of cargo / persons
Security and Risk Management / Loss Prevention
Apprehension / Elimination of Fugitives

Organizational Structure:

Apex Solutions is currently run by the three founding members, who come to all major decisions democratically.

Every member of Apex Solutions has the following inalienable rights:
Feel welcome in an environment free of harassment or discrimination of other members based on sex, gender, race, age, sexual orientation, physical ability, religion or any other factors.
Be treated with respect by fellow members, even those in higher positions of authority.
Be safe from any harm to their self or property by other members of Apex Solutions.
Speak up and be heard. We encourage members to speak up if they have any questions or concerns, and for everyone to respect those who do speak up by listening and doing their best to address any concerns.

Behave in a respectful and mature manner
Do not harm any member of Apex Solutions nor any property belonging to a member
Do not commit any criminal actions
Carry out assigned tasks to the best of your ability
Uphold the Apex Solutions philosophy of personability, professionalism, and respectfulness when working with others inside and outside the organization

Failure to abide by these rules and responsibilities will result in your dismissal from Apex Solutions. We have a zero tolerance policy on harassment and discrimination.
