Our Sosigs, which art in the grill, Hallowed be thy flavour.
Thy seasoning come, Thy sizzle be done, In the skillet as it is in the pan.
Give us this day our daily dogs, And forgive us our overcooked patties, As we forgive those who steal our condiments.
And lead us not into blandness.
We gather here today, united in our love for the humble Sossig,
Thank you for the gift of this meaty delight that fills our bellies and warms our hearts.
May our Sossigs be:
Juicy and Plump – Not like those sad, shrivelled ones that make us question our choices.
Sizzling with Flavour – Spicy Sossigs are the exotic choice.
Perfectly Grilled – Not cwispy beyond recognition, or worse, undercooked and questionable.
And when we feast, let us remember:
To share with friends, but not too much—after all, a good sossig is like a good secret!
To laugh at our own silly sossigs, for joy is best served with a side of humour.
In the name of all things savoury, we pray,
A-sossig.
