History

The year is 2722, after one hundred seventy six years of oppression the citizens of the UEE are beginning to revolt. In these trouble times a small battle group of the UEE military is sent to help “contain” a political protest on one of the Empires numerous worlds. Upon arrival to the planet the battle group, under command of commodore David.P.Yukai found the Fleet already in attendance using lethal force against the mostly peaceful protest.

Stuck in a difficult situation the men and women of the battle group decided to come to the aid of the helpless civilians by firing on their fellow UEE ships. After the close of the battle, the grateful people of the colony world richly rewarded the survivors of the battle group who knew they could not return to UEE space, at least not unarmed. From the remnants of this ragtag battle group was spawned the SpaceShark Corps [SSC], a free company of mercenaries that would operate both within and outside of the law offering up their expert military training to the highest bidder. Gaining many business partners during the fall of the Messer Dynasty, the SSC solidified their position as mercenaries and outlaws for the centuries to come.

Over 220 years later the SSC still hold strong, although the strict moral code of their forebears has all but faded away over the centuries the company still has its steadfast reliability and commitment to a job. Willing to undertake almost any contract the present day SSC run anything from legitimate mercenary work to blatant piracy, all of which can be under your employ…

We endevour to provide the best and most efficient service in the galaxy. Whether you need an escort through hostile regions of space, or have a rival removed from existence, SpaceShark Corportation should be your first choice. We operate both in, and outside of the law. Performing any job, as long as the price is right.

Services

[Bounty Fulfillment]

The SpaceShark Corporation is available to secure bounties set by individual pilots, as well as bounties issued by the UEE. Being a private military organization, this is our primary area of business, and we pride ourselves on our ability to fulfill contracts quickly and efficiently.

To determine the contract fee, our dedicated team will research the target to determine the cost of the operation. Price varies depending on the following variables (more information on the target aids us greatly, and may reduce the contract fee)

  • Target’s combat ability and fleet status
  • Political standing
  • Ties to organizations / known associates
  • Frequented locations / star-ports

[Security Escort – Private Military Operations]

The SpaceShark Corporation is comprised of many combat-efficient pilots, and well-established tradesmen. Our organization is able to provide Close Fighter Support or Additional Reinforcement for operations. We are able to work with pilots to determine what services they require, and deploy our pilots accordingly.

The risk for certain operations can be higher than others, and the number of pilots deployed by SCC determines the contract fee. We factor in the potential insurance risk cost into our overall contract fee. Any other costs will be addressed in the quote. Below is a base price list of the above services.
