Members are legally bound to follow the code of conduct. Breaking the code of conduct will result in termination from the company and possible legal action.
Code of Conduct.Recruitment.
1. All recruits are to disclose all previous employers and their position with said employers.
2. All recruits must be EXCLUSIVELY tied to Specter Solutions (SS) and have no economical or other income from other organisations.
3. All recruits must read, understand and agree to the code of conduct.
4. Recruits are held to every rule in the CC, even though they are not members yet.
Members.
1. All members are to follow and obey the Rules of engagement (ROE) and the code of conduct (CC).
2. All members are forbidden to disclose any sensitive information about SS operations and affiliates.
3. All members are to uphold a professional and welcoming appearance to anyone within SS and outside.
4. Only Sergeants and above can take hostile action towards targets targets, but they MUST follow the ROE.
