- Members are independent agents
- Members can access organizational operations on Spectrum
- Members are charged to maintain SS as a fully distributed organization
- All members of the SS have 1 equal vote in organizational decision-making
- SS rank denotes operational roles and responsibilities and afford no other entitlements
- All members must donate 1% of monthly profits to the OOF
- All members gain full access to all resources of the SS including fleet hangars
