History
Stellar Shipping & Logistics is a brand-new transportation company, launched by Jay_Cee, who envisioned a galaxy in which the safe transport of valuable materials and goods could be put in the hands of skilled, trustworthy pilots.
Manifesto
SSL is based around three simple values:
- Customer service is #1
- The security of our cargo is paramount to success
- Good work deserves good rewards.
Customer service should always be a priority, as without repeat, loyal customers, we do not exist. While customers may not always be right, it’s up to our Transport Officers to work with them to come to an agreement on how SSL can best service their transport needs.
With an RSI Constellation in the fleet, SSL must always provide top-notch security for all transport jobs, as our customers’ depend on us to see their deliveries safely to their destination.
SSL employees will always be rewarded for their hard work. How this remuneration package is structured can always be worked out between Human Resources and the individual pilot.
Charter
The SSL Charter governs all employee behaviour and values, regardless of position or tenure.
