1. Structure & Chain of Command
Members will respect the established rank system and operational leadership. Orders during organized operations are to be followed unless they violate Coalition standards.
2. Professional Conduct
All members represent BGC in public space. Harassment, unnecessary hostility, or behavior that damages the Coalition’s reputation will not be tolerated.
3. Operational Discipline
During deployments, members are expected to communicate clearly, maintain readiness, and prioritize mission success over personal gain.
4. Loyalty to the Coalition
Internal disputes will be handled through leadership channels. Undermining operations or leadership cohesion is grounds for removal.
5. Contribution & Growth
Promotion is earned through activity, reliability, and trust — not tenure alone. Members are expected to contribute to operations, logistics, recruitment, or community strength.
6. Zero Tolerance for Internal Exploitation
Theft, internal sabotage, or misuse of Coalition resources will result in immediate removal.
