Exploration
The Star Dragon Crusaders offer a first rate scouting service, providing you with the information you need today so that you can plan for tomorrow. Our PMC is geared towards discovery of jump routes, anomalies, resources and goods acquisition, as well as the destruction of hostile property.
History
The Star Dragon Crusaders is currently based on the starship, the Albion as our operations headquarters.
Through scouting of systems, smuggling of cargo and brokering of information, we intend to give humanity an edge over corruption, piracy, slavery and unknown hostile forces, with or without Imperial support.
The Organization was founded upon the reunion of former (and current) Imperial military personnel, Wing Commander Cherudin, Ragnarok Industries Junior Lead Researcher Telar Ragnarok and Crizo Drake, informant of The Terra Acquisition League. All were veterans of several squadrons and conflicts within the Imperial military during their time of conscription and, while two went their separate ways and one remained within the military, they have resolved to put current ideological differences aside and attempt to rediscover the cohesion and skills they once fought with in order to make this strange, dangerous and ever changing galaxy a safe place to live, as well as make a few credits on the side. After all, money can’t by happiness, but it can come pretty close.
Manifesto
The Objectives of the Star Dragon Crusaders:
1. Scouting of spacial systems on behalf of clients. Primary focal points include hostile activity, spacial anomalies, resources and humanitarian/ non-humanitarian activity.
2. If possible, elimination of immediate threats including interceptor attack, piracy and hostile incursions.
3. Acquisition of goods including raw materials, technological devices and information.
4. Exploration of undiscovered spacial regions.
5. Defense of clients including escorts, interceptor role and stealth defense.
6. Defense of innocent parties under hostile threat upon contact.
We do not take into account Citizenship of the Empire. However, this will affect possible assignments and missions, and so will be taken into account on those grounds only. The Empire has no say in our activities (unless of course they attempt to destroy us for some reason).
The Vanduul are a barbaric plague on the galaxy. Any attempts to reason and negotiate has to date been met with hostility. If any Vanduul are encountered, the situation must be assessed as either resolvable through armed means or requiring retreat from the system. We take the safety of our crew as paramount over honour or foolhardiness.
Remaining races must be treated with respect unless our own rights, be they human, planet based or citizenship based, are violated. We are a proud organization.
Charter
OPERATIONAL POLICIES:
1. Do not fire on unarmed individuals
2. Customer satisfaction is the end objective of every mission
3. Always show respect to an employer
4. Members have the right to refuse a job based on moral judgement
5. Do not act in ways that may endanger the PMC without consulting a higher ranked officer
6. Do not take resources or cargo from clients unless a job is forfeited
7. Slavery smuggling strictly prohibited, bounty hunting subject to leading members decision.
