Other than the rules stipulated by an employer and the laws in place in the current stellar location StarLance members must abide by the following rules:

• StarLance members are fair and equal to all
• StarLance members will not harm an unarmed person
• StarLance members will not ignore a request for help or distress signal
• StarLance members will not involve in activities to do with banned substances
• StarLance members will not become involved with piracy or smuggling
• StarLance mmbers will not exploit others’ misfortunes
• StarLance members will be fair to all other StarLance members and will be payed for services done
• StarLance members will accept punishment for breaking rules
• Starlance members will turn in criminals to law enforcement that StarLance deem will be fairly judged and sentenced if there is will be no fair trial then we shall hold one ourselves and punish them accordingly
• StarLance members will not harbour known criminals
• StarLance members will not do anything to harm the stability of the galaxy
• StarLance members will not work against the innocent
• Starlance members (where possible) will not destroy derelict spacecraft instead, all attempts must be made to salvage these craft
• Starlance members will deliver all items collected during a contract to the employer (where aforementioned items are directly obtained by taking part in the contract). StarLance members may request a percentage of the “plunder” but will not forcefully take a share
• StarLance members will respect the privacy of those who employ our services and will keep contracts private unless the client has given consent
• StarLance members will not break any laws to complete a job even if instructed to by an employer
• StarLance members will not work against another organisation or government unless they are wanted or outlaws
