History
Stoma Industries was born by a group of logistics professionals with decades of experience. We are experts in the fields of cargo and passenger transport, and specialize in optimizing routing to keep costs low, passing the savings along to our customers. We maintain a fleet of well appointed, comfortable ships of varying sizes for whatever our customers need. We won’t upsell you more than what you need, helping you keep your costs down. By providing our own security with our fleet of fighters, we are able to avoid expensive contracts with third party defense contractors which is just another way to pass along savings to our customers. Our goal is to build our fleet and begin to include outposts and space stations to be used by our customers, where we will be able to provide the same service you would expect on our ships
Manifesto
Stoma Industries is all about moving people and cargo from Point A to Point Z, or anywhere in between. We are driven to provide the best experience possible to both passengers and supplies. Our employees will be the best pilots, stewards and stewardess’, and cargo masters in the universe. They will know the ins and outs of our fleet of luxury passenger ships and cargo vessels of all sizes. Comfort is of the utmost importance for everyone involved.
We will provide last mile and long distance delivery service. Our Hull series ships will take containers across the universe, where individual deliveries will be offloaded onto an appropriately sized vessel, including a Caterpillar, Hercules, Freelancer, or MPUV to reach their final destination.
Passengers will embark a transport vessel, such as a Freelancer, from a planetary space port, where they will be transported to their ride, an 890J, high above the planet. They can cruise around the space above the planet for a dinner cruise, or they can enjoy the five bedrooms on board as they travel to their destination, wherever that may be. We also provide commuter-style transport aboard vessels such as the Genesis Starliner.
Our team goes above and beyond to turn first time customers into repeat customers. We’re not happy if they’re not happy, and we really like to be happy. No problem is too big for us and we are happy to work with our customers to find a customized solution that works for them
Charter
All employees will be familiar with and abide by our charter as stated below:
1. This is a corporation built around acceptance. Members are expected to treat each other and our customers with respect, regardless of species, gender choice or identification, religion or lack thereof, or ethnicity. Should problems arise, an investigation will be launched and should the complaint be credible, the employee will be terminated without right to appeal the decision.
2. Every customer is our most important customer, and will be treated as such. As stated above, hate speech towards anyone, including our customers, will not be tolerated. As employees of Stoma Industries, we will also do everything we can to fix any problems that a customer has.
3. Incidents will be reported to management as they occur. If there is damage to a vehicle or its contents, this needs to be reported immediately. A detailed incident report is expected to be filed within 48 hours of the incident occurring. If the incident is found to have been avoidable, the employee who is found at fault may be fined up to 10% of the value of the lost cargo or necessary vessel repairs. This will be charged at the discretion of management.
4. Promotions will be evaluated once per Earth month. Employees are responsible for letting management know when they have reached the qualifications for promotion. The appropriate channel for notification can be found in Stoma Industries’ spectrum channel.
5. Management will abide by the same rules listed above. There is no special treatment for anyone, regardless of rank or duty.
