Starset Crusaders / STRSETINV

Starset is a group willing to explore the galaxy and do whatever is necessary when they are needed.

Article I: Name and Purpose

The name of this organization shall be the Starset Crusaders, hereinafter referred to as the “Guild”.
The purpose of the Guild is to pursue bounties in the Star Citizen universe, bringing criminals to justice and protecting the innocent.
Article II: Membership

Membership in the Guild is open to any individual who shares our commitment to justice and protection of the innocent.
All members must adhere to the Guild’s code of ethics and values as outlined in the Manifesto.
Members may be removed from the Guild for violating the code of ethics or failing to fulfill their obligations as a member.
Article III: Guild Leadership

The Guild shall be led by a Council consisting of the Guildmaster and officers elected by the membership.
The Council shall be responsible for the overall direction and management of the Guild.
Elections for Council positions shall be held annually.
Article IV: Meetings and Voting

Meetings of the Guild shall be held periodically to discuss Guild business and to make decisions on matters of importance.
Voting on Guild matters shall be conducted by the Council and shall be decided by a simple majority of votes.
Article V: Finances

The Guild shall be funded by a percentage of the bounties collected by members.
The Guild shall maintain financial records and make them available to members upon request.
Article VI: Amendments

This charter may be amended by a two-thirds majority vote of the Council.
Proposed amendments must be submitted to the Council in writing and distributed to members at least 30 days prior to the vote.
Article VII: Dissolution

In the event that the Guild is dissolved, any remaining funds shall be donated to a charitable organization of the Council’s choosing.
The Council shall be responsible for ensuring that all obligations and debts are settled before dissolution.
We, the undersigned, hereby adopt this Charter as the governing document of the Starset Crusaders, and pledge to uphold its principles and values in pursuit of justice and protection of the innocent in the Star Citizen universe.
