The Styx is a small organization of pilots with previous meatspace associations, and has been founded not for the express accomplishment of any specific objective or agenda, but to provide a means for its pilots to organize and undertake whatever collective endeavours that catch our fancy.
History
FOUNDED IN SEPTEMBER 2942 AS A PARAMILITARY PATROL SERVICE FOR A JOINT CORPORATE COMM STATION ORBITING CHARON. THE LUCRATIVE PERFORMANCE BONUSES ATTACHED TO THE CONTRACT’S FULFILLMENT CONDITIONS ALLOWED US TO ACQUIRE A NUMBER OF PRIVATELY OWNED CRAFT, REPRESENTING A CONSIDERABLE EXPANSION OF OUR FLEET.
SINCE THE EXPIRATION OF OUR INITIAL CHARTER WE HAVE EXPANDED OPERATIONS, AND ARE NOW OPEN FOR BUSINESS AS A FREELANCE FLIGHT GROUP. PLEASE CONTACT SENTINEL REGARDING CONTRACT RATES AND RECRUITMENT OPPORTUNITIES.

Charter
The Styx places no obligation of exclusive membership upon any pilot within its ranks. It places no prohibition of any sort of behaviour while flying independently of other guild-mates, save one:
If you’re doing something that’ll to get the rest of us in trouble, or make us look bad, don’t get caught.
Your reputation will reflect on the flight group as a whole, and all members will be expected to be mindful of this as they go about any independent business they may have.
