History

The Astral Accord – a collective which has brought numerous sentient civilizations together from across the galaxy on a mission to foster an age of peace, trade, and knowledge-sharing, with a readiness to coordinate defensively against existential threats.
Established within the Accord, the Galactic Council stands ready to address disputes and assist in problematic situations brought forth by its members.

In the wake of interstellar conflict, environmental collapse, and technological singularities that severely impacted civilizations abroad, the Astral Accord was established by the council for the management of interplanetary trade routes and their localized political entities. Invested in these purposes, it became necessary to collectively organize for discussions of military intervention, the colonization of unexplored planets, and war declarations. The Council’s authority and reach have grown over time, eventually becoming a dominant force within its sphere of influence.

Governing diverse civilizations is not without significant challenges, however, such as the historical rise of the Hadesians Empire in the Hades system after the collapse of the Planetary Council, which highlighted the real potential for instability and conflict within such organizations. The volatility of economic imbalances, cultural barriers, and political differences pose significant hurdles to cooperation, and sometimes spark galactic conflict. Despite all obstacles, the Astral Accord represents a hopeful vision of cooperation and mutual survival in a complex and challenging galaxy.

Manifesto

The Astral Accord Manifesto

Core Philosophy:
Real Life First. We recognise that our members have jobs, families, and other responsibilities. There are no mandatory operations or activity requirements; log on and get involved only when you want to.

Mission:
Strength in Camaraderie. Our goal is to provide a welcoming, mature environment where solo players can easily find a crew. Whether we are running bunkers, industrial mining, or multi-crew combat, we work as a cohesive team to ensure everyone succeeds and has fun.

Operational Style: Opt-in Collaboration. We operate without strict ranks or a formal chain of command. Instead, we use a “Request and Respond” system: if you need a crew for a mission, post in our Discord and those available will jump in to assist.

Values: Respect and Zero Drama. We maintain a positive atmosphere by being respectful to all players, regardless of skill level. Toxicity, griefing, and internal drama are not tolerated.
Inclusive Gameplay. We don’t pigeonhole members into specific roles. One night we might focus on mining and salvage, and the next we might be running security or medical rescues.

Charter

The Astral Accord Charter:

Real Life First: We acknowledge that family, work, and personal health always come before the game. No member will ever be penalized for inactivity or leaving a session unexpectedly.

Zero Participation Requirements: There are no mandatory operations, training sessions, or events. Members are free to play solo 100% of the time or join group activities whenever they feel like it.
We do try to remove the social anxiety often found in hardcore Private Military Companies (PMCs).

Support:
While we encourage group play, the Org serves as a “safety net” for Solo players. If you need a gunner for a larger ship, a ride after a crash, or help with a difficult mission, simply ask in Discord or Org chat.

Non-Exclusive Membership: We do not require you to set us as your “Main” Org. Feel free to be an Affiliate while maintaining your membership elsewhere.

Activity:
We run Org Events and Streaming Events these are not mandatory.

Code of Conduct: We maintain a “No Drama” policy. Respect fellow players, avoid toxic behavior, and follow general law-abiding gameplay (unless otherwise agreed upon for specific missions).
