History
Boring Core Worlds, Meet the Frontier
Let’s be honest: the UEE core worlds have plenty of credits, but they are desperately lacking in flavor.
Tasteful Emporium was born out of a simple, slightly rebellious idea: why should the folks living on the rugged edge of the galaxy be stuck with military rations and rusty surplus gear?
We started as a small, selective circle of pilots, curators, and logistical wizards who decided to pack up the finest goods the empire had to offer and head straight for the rim. We aren’t a faceless mega-corporation, and we definitely aren’t a stuffy military outfit. We are a boutique collective. We keep our inner circle small, our standards impossibly high, and our inventory strictly premium.

Operating on the frontier means you either need a massive standing army, or you need excellent networking skills. We chose both. Over the years, the Emporium has built a fierce, iron-clad alliance with a massive network of friendly fleets and defense organizations.
It is a flawless arrangement: our allied coalitions provide the heavy firepower and keep the local outlaws from getting any bright ideas, while we deploy the mobile marketplaces, handle the high-end reselling, and keep our partners looking sharp. They bring the muscle; we bring the market.

I. The Frontier Deserves Flavor
We believe that just because a pilot is stationed on the cold, rugged edge of UEE space doesn’t mean they should live like a Neanderthal. The Emporium is dedicated to eradicating boring rations, rusty surplus, and bland logistics. We bring the luxury of the core worlds to the furthest stars.

We are not a faceless mega-corporation, nor are we a desperate zerg fleet. We are a selective boutique collective of friends and professionals. We value the chemistry of our crew over the size of our roster. If you are here, it’s because you bring value, style, and skill to the ledger.

We do not pick fights, but we absolutely finish them. While our focus is high-end commerce and deep-space reselling, we maintain iron-clad defense pacts with our grand alliance of friendly fleets. Fleet Regulations
Section 1: The Commercial Directive
Operational Autonomy: Members are encouraged to seek out new, untapped markets in remote sectors. If you find a lucrative pocket of space, the Emporium will deploy the logistics to help you monetize it.
The Fair Ledger: All internal trading, reselling, and profit-sharing from group operations are conducted with transparency. We look out for each other; the Emporium thrives when its individual merchants thrive.

Section 2: Alliance and Coalition Etiquette
The Mutual Shield: Our network of friendly organizations is our greatest asset. Members of Tasteful Emporium will treat our allied fleets with the utmost respect. If an ally calls for aid, rescue, or tactical escort, we answer—because they ensure our marketplaces stay safe.
Zero Aggression Policy: We are a lawful enterprise. Unprovoked piracy or illegal aggression against peaceful citizens or allied organizations is strictly forbidden. We protect the market; we don’t disrupt it.

Section 3: Chain of Command & Commerce
The Grand Proprietary: Final executive decisions regarding fleet deployments, market branding, and major alliance agreements rest with leadership.
Chain of Communication: During active operations, convoy transits, or tactical defense situations, pilots must maintain clear, professional comms. Efficiency saves ships; coordination saves profit.

Section 4: The Out-of-Character Protocol (OOC)
Real Life First: While we love a immersive, high-end frontier atmosphere, the real world always takes absolute priority. Work, family, and your personal life will always come before the Emporium’s ledger. No penalties, no stress.
Casual Curation: We are a casual RP-lite organization. We enjoy setting the mood, running themed marketplaces, and treating the Verse like a living world, but we are absolutely not a hardcore, “stay-in-character-at-all-times” group.
Above-Table Conversations: Breaking character, joking around in Discord/comms, and having normal player-to-player conversations are highly encouraged. We are a group of friends first and foremost; the roleplay is just the stylish wrapper we wrap our gameplay in.
