The Black Collar Association is all about staying invisible, whether that be in deep space out of sight and mind, or right under the nose of an enemy pilot.
History
Our roots stem from Eve: Online from various corps and alliances. With the advent of Star Citizen and the possibility of new star systems to be explored we moved here with the goal to find more fun and more $$$.

Views:
The corporation as a whole is not loyal to any flag or any set of ideals. We allow our pilots to decide what jobs or cargo they want to take. The corporation merely acts as glue to hold business contacts together and to quickly spread the word about new contracts to all of our pilots.

Associates,
We all have two things in common. We love money, and were not afraid of some risk.
In order to promote a lucrative business atmosphere it is necessary that we maintain mutual respect for each other. Problems or quarrels should be brought to your senior if it is hindering your business. If it is between you and your senior, please notify the board through a complaint.
Do not irritate, harm or attack another associate. Even if he has wronged you. (Bring the problem to the board. We will handle it to ensure justice is done.)
Do not form any kind of subgroups within the corporation. If you wish to do so, please leave and start your own corporation. Split loyalties can form and that creates unneeded drama.
Do not perform any action that will provoke other corps to shun us or attack us. We are a business, and as such, we need to make friends to make money.
Color Collar Codes:
Blue = Associate
Purple = Former associate, left in good standing.
Green = Ally or friend of TBCA.
Any action purposefully taken against TBCA will get you removed permanently along with a colored collar tag depending on the level of offense.
Yellow = Minor offense, take action only if fired upon. Be cautious.
Orange = Minor offense but considered dangerous, attack at your own risk.
Red = Major Offense, attack on sight at your own risk.
