Every Lagrange in Stanton, to the derelicts of Pyro, exists because someone was willing to carry what others would not. Someone was willing to make the journey that others were too afraid to do.
The Black-Line Exchange exists because lawful routes fail where profit, fear, and distance collide. We are not pirates, nor are we conquerors. We are suppliers. We are transporters. We are your neighbors, your friends, your companions, your squadmates. We create opportunities where the land runs dry. We continue delivery when corporations deliver unkept promises.
Our work is dangerous. Quiet. Unrecognized. Yet every citizen in Stanton, Pyro, and now Nyx benefits from the cargo they will never see and the routes they will never travel. That’s because, here at The Black-Line Exchange, we believe discretion is the difference between life and death. We believe that the people who hire us matter more than the reputation it brings us. We believe a person’s word should carry more than the weight of a government seal.
Every member carries a responsibility, upheld only by the strongest of soldiers. To protect our route, our crew, and our contracts. Above all else, we believe in moving forward with our services to continue to deliver to the folk of our galaxy.

Profit Above Pride
1. No member may damage, endanger, or destroy cargo, contracted assets, or company holdings at any point.
2. Every credit owed shall be collected, and every credit promised shall be honored.
Silence Protects Our People
3. Cargo origins, manifests, clients, and routes are all classified to any outside or unaffiliated parties at ALL times. This is to comply with all mandatory privacy laws throughout Stanton, our residing galaxy.
4. Dock crews are paid to unload cargo. Additional payments may be made if cargo is to be inspected.**
**Cargo is only to be inspected if the payment is authorized and the dossier specifically states such information.
5. Members of TBLE, both during employment and upon termination (for an assumed 3 months extended beyond termination) may not share, showcase, or attempt to interrupt trade routes to any unaffiliated personnel.
Morals and Beliefs
6. Lethal force is authorized only in defense of company personnel, assets, operational secrecy, or asset **reclaimation/claimation.
**Only with prior approval from TBLE.
7. In emergencies, preservation of contracted cargo supersedes company property.
8. The Exchange does not traffic unwilling persons or goods that we believe may go against our company’s moral policies.
9. Once accepted, a contract shall ALWAYS be completed, compensated, or formally dissolved by both TBLE and the affiliated party.
10. Theft from fellow members of TBLE is theft from TBLE itself, and is disallowed and punishable.
11. Dead couriers deliver nothing. Life and product safety matter more than pride.
Additional Information
12. Members of TBLE may not damage or stain the TBLE reputation, and if directly found doing so, may be subject to immediate termination of employment and distrust in future encounters.
13. Members being followed at any point during their route must immediately report this finding to our communications channel, and may not return to the HUB until the follower vacates the surrounding area.
14. Three shares to the crew, one share to the Exchange. Members advertising as TBLE may use TBLE’s status to sell, trade, and purchase goods, but any goods sold above 500,000UEC under the name must attribute at least a 20-25% cut to the Exchange.
