Too Busy To Play Ltd is a casual org for players who want organised multi-crew gameplay without hardcore milsim commitment. Real life comes first, but when the crew gets online, expect capital ships, organised chaos, questionable decisions, and memorable sessions.

History

Too Busy To Play Ltd was founded after a random pickup group unexpectedly turned into one of the best sessions any of us had experienced in the verse.

What started as a few strangers fully crewing a Polaris and Perseus quickly became hours of coordinated chaos, great teamwork, and constant laughs. During the session, one thing became obvious: a lot of players wanted large-scale, organised gameplay, but didn’t want the pressure, attendance requirements, or second-job mentality that comes with many hardcore milsim organisations.

TBP Ltd was created for exactly that type of player. A place where real life comes first, but when everyone does manage to get online, the goal is simple: crew up, have a great session, and make memorable moments together.

Whether it’s combat operations, logistics, salvage, escort duty, or a “quick session” turning into an all-nighter, the organisation is built around mature players who enjoy teamwork without unnecessary seriousness.

At its core, Too Busy To Play Ltd is about organised chaos, good people, and proving that even adults with terrible schedules can still run capital ships surprisingly well.

Manifesto

  1. TBP Ltd Manifesto

We believe games are meant to be enjoyed, not scheduled like a second career.

Too Busy To Play Ltd exists for players who love large-scale cooperative gameplay but don’t have the time, energy, or interest for mandatory attendance, excessive hierarchy, or hardcore milsim culture. Real life comes first. Always.

We value memorable sessions over perfect efficiency, teamwork over ego, and having a good laugh over taking ourselves too seriously. Some nights we’ll run smooth operations worthy of a military contract. Other nights we’ll accidentally torpedo the wrong target, strand ourselves three systems away, or turn a “quick session” into a six-hour disaster. Both are equally valid outcomes.

TBP Ltd is built around the idea that good people create good gameplay. Experience matters less than attitude. Nobody is expected to treat the game like a job, but when the fleet assembles, everyone contributes, works together, and makes the most of the time we have.

We embrace organised chaos.
We crew the big ships.
We make poor decisions confidently.
We log in when we can.
And when everyone somehow manages to be online at the same time, we make it count.

Charter

  1. TBP Ltd Charter

1. Real Life Comes First

TBP Ltd exists for players with jobs, families, responsibilities, and limited free time. Nobody is expected to prioritise the organisation over real life commitments.

2. No Mandatory Activity

There are no attendance requirements, mandatory operations, or participation quotas. Members play when they can and contribute however they want.

3. Respect the Crew

Treat other members with respect. Friendly banter and chaos are encouraged, toxicity and genuine hostility are not. Everyone is here to enjoy themselves.

4. Teamwork Over Ego

Multi-crew gameplay only works when people cooperate. Whether flying, engineering, logistics, medical, or security, every role matters when operating together.

5. Competent, Not Hardcore

TBP Ltd values coordination and teamwork, but avoids excessive milsim structure, unnecessary rank obsession, or roleplay that turns gameplay into administration.

6. Embrace Organised Chaos

Plans will fail. Ships will explode. Someone will forget to close the hangar. Mistakes are part of the experience. Enjoy the moments that come from it.

7. Help New Players

Experience is welcome, but attitude matters more. Members are encouraged to help newer players learn ships, systems, and gameplay loops without elitism.

8. Make It Count

Time online can be limited, so sessions should be memorable. Whether successful or catastrophic, the goal is always to create great experiences together.

9. The Fleet Belongs to Everyone

Large ships and operations are crew experiences, not solo showcases. TBP Ltd is built around sharing gameplay and creating moments together.

10. Have Fun

At the end of the day, this is still a game. If the fun disappears, something has gone wrong.
